Service: le service est très bon, je suis sorti (très de bagages) pour aider à prendre les bagages dans la voiture 👍 Santé : santé en général Environnement: la position géographique est très bonne, très proche de la métro, le bus est très bien battu, il y a 🚕 en bas, il y a environ 5 minutes de marche de l'arrondissement, il y a très pratique de manger et de boire autour. Installations: Très vieille, j'ai réservé ce type de chambre pour voir des photos avec un canapé, un bureau et un chaussure, mais je n'ai pas de canapé dans cette chambre, pas de petit bureau, je veux mettre mon téléphone sur le sol quand je charge un téléphone portable??? J'ai séjourné quatre nuits ici à Nanjing et j'ai été globalement très satisfait. Environnement : Le quartier était très sûr, avec des rues principales et diverses institutions en service. Il est proche de plusieurs centres commerciaux et aires de restauration, à dix minutes à pied. La station de métro, le lac Xuanwu et la Tour du Tambour sont également accessibles à pied, et Yihe Road est à environ 20 minutes à pied, ce qui le rend très pratique. Les rues de Nanjing sont assez accessibles, donc marcher avec des bagages ne pose aucun problème. Didi trouvera le Four Seasons Hotel sur la rue principale, mais vous devrez revenir un peu en arrière, dans une ruelle. AutoNavi peut vous y guider. Propreté/Installations : L'hôtel étant situé dans une ruelle et ayant été réservé sur un coup de tête, je m'attendais à une certaine déception, mais j'ai été agréablement surpris. Globalement, c'était acceptable, et la femme de ménage a fait de son mieux pour répondre à toutes les demandes. La présence d'un lave-linge et d'un sèche-linge était très pratique. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde lors de mon séjour, donc pas besoin de faire la queue. La climatisation était très rafraîchissante. Le matelas était probablement un peu ferme pour un hôtel, donc cela dépend des préférences de chacun. Points à améliorer : - Certains détails de nettoyage pourraient être améliorés ; il est évident qu'ils ont été nettoyés. Un peu plus d'attention rendrait l'expérience bien meilleure. - La salle de bain sent mauvais, probablement à cause de l'humidité ; il faut fermer la porte pour dormir. Peut-être aussi à cause de l'humidité et de la saison, il y a quelques moustiques dans la salle de bain. - Plusieurs interrupteurs dans le hall d'entrée pourraient être étiquetés. - Parfois, la femme de ménage frappait à la porte même lorsque « Ne pas déranger » était activé. Elle est très consciencieuse, mais j'ai tendance à me lever tard et je préférerais me reposer un peu.
