和朋友約南京遊玩，無意間看到這家民宿，從入住之前到退房結束滿滿的驚喜，首先我們入住前兩天管家提前聯繫我們，確認了我們入住的時間，之後還建了專屬的管家服務羣對接，給我們介紹了民宿周邊的遊玩攻略和餐廳，心裏很温暖，之後入住當天管家中午就在羣裏發訊息提醒我們天氣情況，讓我們注意防曬之類的，滿滿的細節👍,我們到之前管家就早早的到停車場接我們，服務很親切，民宿兩面環山，遠離主路，很幽靜，帶我們辦理入住之後帶我們到房間，還準備了歡迎水果，房間很乾凈，還有個小露台，坐在那裡發呆都感覺很美妙，晚上還貼心的準備了現煮的紅豆沙，非常舒服，重點：酒店的床墊非常舒服，軟硬適中，休息的非常好，早餐品類很豐盛，營養搭配很均衡，店裡還有咖啡廳，咖啡拉花很漂亮，剛好我們住的那幾天正是薔薇盛開的時候，花牆下拍照很出片。離開的時候管家還送我們水，真的太貼心了，要不是這次趕行程，真想在這裏多住幾天，非常美好的體驗，以後有機會了一定再來🫶

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. The location is perfect — close to everything you might need. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient place to stay. I hope to return soon.

UUtilisateur anonymeL'hôtel le plus beau que j'ai jamais eu en Chine jusqu'à présent! Situé juste à côté de la gare Nanjing Railway et sa station de métro. Prenez l'extérieur 11 de la gare Nanjing Railway et l'hôtel est juste devant elle. Contrôlez le compteur est situé au niveau 2 de l'immeuble. Le service de la frontière était aussi bon ! Ils nous servent avec des boissons pendant qu'ils nous check-in. Nous avons été donnés à la première chambre au niveau 2, mais quand nous sommes entrés, il y avait un puissant odeur de cigarettes. Nous avons immédiatement informé le comptable frontal, et ils ont immédiatement changé notre chambre à une autre chambre au niveau 3. Ils ont même aidé à ramener nos bagages à la chambre. La chambre était grande et confortable pour 3 d'entre nous. Le prix de cet hôtel était également décent. Le service de la télévision a été très bien placé pour les enfants, mais il a été très difficile de connecter mon téléphone à la télévision. La connexion Wi-Fi était stable, mais comme d'habitude, nous ne pouvions utiliser que les applications approuvées par la Chine via Wi-Fi. Il y a aussi 2 mini mars le long de la gamme des restaurants. La salle de bains était au niveau 3, au côté des ascenseurs. 2 lave-vaisselle et 2 sèche-linge disponibles, lave-vaisselle et douces sont également fournis. Le service de lave-linge est également fourni, vous pouvez laver votre lave-linge dans la lave-linge avant de sortir le matin. Prenez la note de la page et laissez votre numéro de chambre et le type de service de lavage dont vous avez besoin. Les gardiens aideront à achever le lavage et le séchage si nécessaire. Ils nous ont également aidé à plier les vêtements et les ont laissés dans un sac de lave-linge dans la salle de lave-linge pour nous collecter quand nous rentrons la nuit. Il y avait aussi le robot de livraison là pour livrer notre nourriture livrée.

PpaigeneoLe service était de premier ordre. L'emplacement est également pratique, à 5 minutes à pied de la sortie 5 de la ligne de métro. La chambre était très propre et nous nous sommes bien amusés à jouer avec les commandes de l'IA (il suffit de la commander avec ”Xiao du Xiao du”).
Astuce : l'hôtel ne compte qu'une trentaine de chambres sur un seul étage, ils ne présentent donc pas tous les éléments disponibles au petit-déjeuner, mais vous pouvez simplement demander des nouilles fraîchement cuites, des boulettes, du café et du thé et ils vous seront servis par le personnel à votre table.

TTinaMThis is the first time I've had an absolutely 10/10 experience with any hotel. This particular hotel also outranks every other Marriott I've ever stayed at. I genuinely could not think of a single negative point. I was only in Nanjing for 2 nights, in town for a meeting, and I'm so glad I chose to stay here.
Firstly, the room is exactly as advertised. Marriott hotels always have the fluffiest pillows, but this particular hotel had the most HEAVENLY pillows. The bed was so comfy that I ended up postponing my day plans just so I could sleep in! I didn't realise how desperately I needed that rest and recuperation, and am glad I chose to stay here and get what I needed. Also, this hotel does not skimp on the water - most hotels will only give you 2 tiny bottles a day, which if it's blazing hot outside, can be frustrating, especially if you want to boil water for tea/coffee in the morning. This hotel provides 4-5 complimentary bottles of water per day. In many ways, I felt like they anticipated what I'd need and would provide it before I even had the chance to ask. There is also an ironing board stowed in the room, which for me was a lifesaver as I had an important meeting.
As other reviewers have mentioned, the location is indeed fantastic. I was so relieved to find that after a long train journey, I only needed to hop on the subway for 1 stop - I didn't even need to exit the building, as the hotel is located inside the mall connected to the subway station.
The breakfast spread is not too bad either, with the highlight for me being the espresso machines. When I tell you this machine delivers the most divine coffee in 10 seconds, I am not kidding. It was one of my favourite things and a great way to kickstart a busy day.
At check-in, the reception staff ensured they gave me all the info I needed. I noticed this is often skipped at other hotels as staff are shy or reluctant to speak in English, which results in foreign guests missing out on relevant info or complimentary perks - but the Marriott team refused to let language be an obstacle. I was glad to learn free snacks and coffee were available in the executive lounge each evening. While I was there, the executive lounge manager - I think her name is Sheila, apologies if I've gotten this wrong - took the time to introduce herself and ask if I needed anything. She was so polite and genuinely seemed to want to improve the experience for guests. To me, these small touches are what set a service-oriented luxury hotel apart from others.
On my first night, I'd arrived pretty exhausted after having sat on a delayed train for hours, and I wanted to order takeaway as I didn't have the energy to go out. They have Meituan lockers positioned right at the hotel entrance, which you can unlock with your phone and collect your deliveries. Being a foreigner who doesn't understand Chinese very well, I wasn't sure how to navigate this, but the reception staff went out of their way to help me, ensuring they stayed with me until I'd collected my parcel - it was not at all necessary for them to help me so much, but they did, and I'm very grateful for that :)
I spent the entire month traveling in China and so, looking back, am able to compare all of the hotels and experiences from this trip. This particular hotel ranks 10/10 for me not only because of the location, but also because of the kindness and professionalism of staff. Things can sometimes be confusing or overwhelming for foreigners, and this was the only hotel where staff didn't hesitate to rush in and offer to help, no matter how small the issue. Even the gentleman at the coffee bar in the lobby was so kind and polite - and might I add, everyone at this hotel speaks English, so they really do cater to an international crowd. Housekeeping staff too were very sweet, always greeting you and asking if you needed extra bottles of water.
Thank you for a relaxing, delightful stay! I hope to come again and stay longer next time.

IInvitéL'hôtel Nanjing Farm John Hotel est situé principalement dans sa position géographique, très confortable à pied à Zhongshan, à proximité de la ligne 2 du métro et de nombreuses options pour manger autour.
La décoration de l'hôtel à l'école devrait être depuis quelques années, mais les conditions sanitaires sont bonnes, les fournitures de lit sont très propres, en particulier la tête de la chambre est très confortable, je ne suis pas très bonne à moi-même, il est plus exigeant de la tête de la chambre, sa famille est vraiment bonne, demandez quel marque à la réception quand vous partez, La réception a dit que vous pouviez vendre un coup de main pour vous aider à rentrer chez vous.
Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est également très riche. Il y a tous les types de style occidental chinois, il y a aussi la soupe de fans sanglant faite actuellement, et une grande quantité de nourriture. L'environnement du restaurant est également très bon. L'attitude du personnel en matière de service est très bonne. Le hall du premier étage et le café peuvent se reposer.
En général, le rapport coût-efficacité est très élevé, au-delà des attentes, et il y aura encore la possibilité de revenir à Nanjing.

EElenaI stayed at the hotel for one night on a business trip. The hotel itself is located on the outskirts of the city, but its standard is excellent. Spacious clean rooms with good repair, excellent bathroom. There is a refrigerator, kettle, tea, coffee - everything that business travelers need. Comfortable bed. Breakfast in the morning is quite good. I will stay here again.
