Le style de décoration est simple et à la mode, ce qui correspond très bien à l'esthétique des jeunes. Les équipements de la chambre sont également très neufs, la literie est confortable, la salle de bain est séparée en zones humides et sèches, et elle est très propre, ce qui la rend très confortable à vivre. Deuxièmement, la situation géographique est supérieure et les installations environnantes sont complètes. L'hôtel est situé juste à côté du centre commercial Sunac, à seulement quelques minutes à pied. Il dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour manger, boire et vous divertir, ce qui est très pratique. Il y a également une station de métro à proximité, donc le voyage est très pratique. 帶朋友來廣西旅遊，因為上一個酒店噪音較大選擇到美豪酒店。對於我在住的兩天有以下幾點我想表達的。 1.首先感謝當天給我們登記辦理入住的前台經理，她很貼心給我們安排了安靜點的房間，並且當時房間裏面有給我們準備了兩副耳塞和蒸汽眼罩值得我們真心感謝，我們中午辦理了入住並且把行李寄存在酒店，説如果房間打掃完衞生給我們送到房間裏面去。 2.我們中午辦理了入住沒有詢問房號，想着晚上回來可以報名字入住，晚上回來的時候下大雨淋一路回到酒店就想趕緊洗澡睡覺，到前台詢問我們的房間是安排在哪裡，前台表示我們沒有辦理入住，我很奇怪我中午辦理的是什麼？我和朋友一再強調名字和解釋前台都是沒找到後面來個男士才給我們辦理好入住，在這點看來就是酒店的交接班沒有做好，出現早班和晚班交接斷層 3.回到房間裏面，我們想連接酒店的WIFI，但是找遍了找不到WIFI密碼，任何酒店的WIFI我都可以在房卡上找到，我衹能打電話給前台去詢問，房間裏面沒有電話但是有個呼叫器，這個呼叫器真的是忍了又忍忍不住還是要吐槽它，我不知道是不是所有的房間都是我房間的情況，我需要貼着它很靠近重複三遍四遍去跟前台説我遇到的問題才能讓前台知道我需要什麼，呼叫器很難用啊！ 4.第二天十一點半我打算下樓找吃的，這個電梯我看着它上來下去從1樓到19樓就是沒有在我的樓層停下我大概看它上來下去兩次到三次才終於從另一個電梯下去，非常浪費時間打電話給前台表示是機器人佔了樓層，機器人？？？它是能取消我點的電梯暫停鍵嗎？下到前台都十二點了 5.我們出門的時候表達了房間需要打掃衞生垃圾需要處理，回到房間內發現垃圾都還在房間裏面但是我新買的一個粉餅被當成垃圾處理掉了，衹能按呼叫器叫阿姨上來重新打掃一下，我很想知道為什麼一個全新的粉餅被當成垃圾打掃掉？ 6.回到第一點，我們的行李當時是工作人員給我們送房間裏面的，我們也很相信我們的工作人員哈，檢查都沒檢查，幸好這個酒店不會長腿跑了，不然我的包都不知道去哪裡了，臨近退房才發現我的斜挎包不見了，怎麼辦呢？打電話給前台叫她去幫我找一下簡單描述了一下我的斜挎包，想着沒有照片應該是找不到的，我們就下去前台了，前台三位女士兩位辦理入住，另一位站着，我也站着看，不理我？OK我叫你過來幫我找一下，去行李房把我關外面自己進去找也OK，但是這位工作人員呀，你完全沒看到過我的包，你怎麼知道它是哪個呢？我問能不能進去找你才讓開給我自己去找，得虧是我進去找了，不然我都不知道啥時候我才能拿到我的包，上面蓋着件衣服不看帶子我是真看不出來我的包在哪裡。 最後感謝貴酒店讓我長了要檢查自己行李的習慣，相信我下一次不會丟掉我的包了，對了，再加一句從我進酒店開始到我退房之後我都沒有添加到你們酒店的管家微信，雖然你們一直説請添加你們的微信有事情可以直接聯繫你們説是這樣説的，但是二維碼和電話號碼我一個都沒有看到你們的提示或者出示給我添加。請下次酒店設施和貴酒店的管家服務麻煩給我介紹一下，謝謝 房間設施和衞生是很OK的，環境也還可以，但是服務上太差了，一問三不知的前台，佔樓層的機器人，新粉餅打掃掉的客房，消失的包和看不見的管家這些改正之後我相信貴酒店會更上一層樓
