La position géographique est très bonne, le service est également très bon, c'est peut-être la raison personnelle. Pas de séparation de la séparation de la sécheresse me fait un peu mal! Mais l'environnement est aussi bon, il y a des plats de table et des magasins d'impression. Pas loin de la metro, marchez dans dix minutes comme ça.

房間超級棒！！！乾乾淨淨的，而且剛進門也香香的，衞生間也是香香的！！！拍照打卡也會很出片，也很有氛圍感，但是我們是來考試的，晚上應該也很安靜，而且周邊都是吃飯的地方，很多選擇，然後小姐姐人也特別好，給她説要求，都會盡量滿足你，人也很好説話！！！！真的很棒的一個民宿，如果來南寧玩的話，可以預訂哦，等我們下次來南寧玩，會優先考慮這家的！！！！！

Localisation : à 200 mètres de la sortie C de la gare routière de Xixiangtang, très pratique pour voyager
Hygiène : L'hygiène est très bonne, la réception, les couloirs et les chambres sont tous très propres
Environnement : La chambre donne sur la route, et c'est quand même assez bruyant quand les voitures passent la nuit avec les fenêtres fermées.
Équipements : Je lui donne deux points. Le climatiseur ne peut pas régler la vitesse du vent et ne peut être qu'en mode automatique, donc la pièce est parfois froide et parfois chaude, ce qui fait qu'il fait un bruit fort lors du refroidissement. Le voyant vert sur le panneau de commande de la climatisation ne peut pas être éteint et est très lumineux, ce qui affecte vraiment mon sommeil. J'ai été réveillé par lui deux fois en me retournant. Les toilettes sont bonnes.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Phoenix Hotel, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. A special shoutout goes to the front desk manager, Xiao Xue, whose exceptional service truly made my stay memorable.
Xiao Xue went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the hotel and the surrounding area, providing me with great recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made me feel valued as a guest.
The hotel itself is beautifully appointed, with spacious and comfortable rooms that are well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, which made it a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring.
The amenities at Phoenix Hotel are top-notch, and the breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes.

HHo FongMy sister & I chose to stay here for five nights because of its location (close to IKEA shopping mall & its close proximity to the metro) as well as its competitive pricing.
There are many pros about this hotel:
- superb service (very responsive, helpful & polite staff) - the room is quiet, clean & spacious
- there is also a laundry room with one washing machine & one dryer as well as an steam iron; washing detergent is provided as well, which is a bonus.
- although only two bottles of drinking water is provided FOC every day, we managed to get an extra four bottles when we made the request at the front desk
The cons, which I hope can be improved on are:
- the wifi: we weren’t able to use it the whole time we stayed here, which, I think is the biggest flaw of the hotel
- there’s only one washing machine & one dryer. For a hotel this size, it’s reasonable to provide at least two of each.
Will I consider staying here again and/or recommend it to my friends & relatives? The answer is a definite YES but I hope that management will address the above issues mentioned above as soon as possible.

NNguyetDTMThe location is easy to find, the front desk Xiaoli is considerate and hospitable, the hotel is equipped with a 24-hour gym, the laundry room is very convenient with LG industrial washing & drying machines. The guest room equipment is also very new and clean. Intelligent equipments like Xiaodua, automatic curtain and night lamp are plus points. The breakfast provided by the hotel is very good. Staffs of the hotel are very supportive and nice. Though, they can not speak English, we still communicate well via Google translate. There is a very very good restaurant near to the hotel (you can see in the restaurant bill attached, just 900m far from the hotel). We also can reach Nanning Renmin Park by foot (i.e 25-30 mins).

Debout à la fenêtre, vous pouvez voir les trois rues et deux marchés, la vue sur la rivière Yongjiang et la rue piétonne Parkson.
La chambre est propre et hygiénique, avec deux grands lits et très spacieuse. Les enfants l'aiment beaucoup.
L'enregistrement a été très pratique. L'hôte était très attentionné et a présenté la nourriture et les attractions à proximité.

MMelbiesReally great hotel experience for us. After traveling for a month this was our last stop. We asked for a quiet room hoping we could finally have some peace and quiet. But this time of year there will be so many families with small children running and jumping around the rooms. The lady told us “we’ll give you a room no one likes.” Hahaha! But unfortunately we were still surrounded by loud families. Anyways the hotel lobby is very big and beautiful. The service was excellent. The doorman helped take our luggage up to the room. The room was very large and spacious. Huge bathroom with with separated toilet, sink/mirror, bathtub, and shower. The view was boring but we told the lady we didn’t care about the view. The bed was nice and soft, very comfortable. WiFi worked well. Water pressure for the bathtub and shower was great! Best water pressure I’ve experienced in 10 years of being in China. The bed is not facing the direction of the tv which usually bothers me as I like to watch tv/movies while lying in bed. But the tv in our room was set up to extend outwards and then towards our bed. That was really awesome as I have never seen any hotel do that before. Really great they did that 👍🏼👍🏼 our cleaning ladies did a great job everyday, they noticed we always drank the free waters and gave us a couple extras. So many small details helped us really enjoy our stay here. The location is also good. About 5-7 minute walk to the metro station. Cross the street via the metro station and there is a very large IMAX cinema and several shopping malls with lots of great food and entertainment options. The MIXC mall is about a 15 minute walk away. Great hotel, great service! Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Nanning. Thank you!

IInvitéThe quality of this hotel is pretty high, the view is great and the executive lounge is worth the price bump I feel， the staff all speak English and provide good service. the bed is soft and everything is clean. the food outside of the executive lounge is not very good though, avoid the burger. the club sandwich is okay.

SShenshimiaoiIl n'y a pas de problème majeur, si le bébé est un repos, mais si le voyage est à jouer ou un séjour de longue durée, le service est complet, les installations de télévision sont ouvertes sans réponse, les bougies et les pistolets à eau haute pression sont presque presque tous les endroits satisfaits, l'unique endroit satisfait est le climatisation et l'espace de chambre.

IInvitéLa chambre est propre et hygiénique. Vous pouvez laver et sécher les vêtements vous-même. Le personnel de la réception est très sympathique et il est très pratique de prendre le train à grande vitesse et le métro. La chambre est très grande et la télévision est super grande. C'est une bonne expérience.
