Na Lotus Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Nanning

整體而言 後悔續住一晚。要不是自己懶 懶得刷攜程和搬行李，也不會有後續的不愉快。其實第一晚的一些細節真的也不是太在意 。什麼床頭插座壞的不能用，浴室衹有一塊毛巾，浴缸裏放了水漂浮着幾坨不明白色漿狀液體，歡迎水果沒送硬説送了都是小事。第二天的遭遇相對就奇葩了些。首先建議酒店還是把門口的禮賓部取消了吧。第二天一天第三天的白天一直到退房後回來取行李為止，你們的禮賓除了給人添堵確實沒有絲毫其他的亮點了。個人建議換成第三方公司的看門保安成本更低，也省得你們培訓部的人傷腦筋了還不會砸了萬豪的招牌。看到豪車就知道湊上去開門，原來普通小破車上的就不是客人啊？對待客人還分起三六九等了啊？我一晚一千兩百多不配讓你上來開個門幫忙提個行李是嗎？第一次 算了 第二次 第三次 還沒完沒了了啊？萬豪旗下就是這麼*****的嗎？還一臉不削和無所謂。半夜吃完夜宵回來下車我一手一個袋子定定看着旁邊的禮賓。居然淡定的回瞪着我還哼着小調，這班上的可真愜意。第二天半夜我老婆點的外賣，電話問前台能否送回答是等機器人早半小時，我老婆問你們服務生有沒有人有空可以幫忙送，不情不願的扭捏了半天回答可以，相關的手機號啥的也都要了那我是不是可以認定是願意為我老婆服務送外賣去房間？然後等了半小時？再打電話去詢問還半天不接電話？接起來語調還挺蠻恨？不樂意服務你可以直接説我們可以自己下來取。隔天退房你們前台女生的騷操作我也是挺好笑。知道服務惹煩了客人就是等客人和其他無關無辜客人都進了電梯準備下樓的時候卡住電梯門不讓大家走聽她一個人囉嗦？還挺言之鑿鑿的嘛，當著一電梯客人，我覺得怎麼怎麼地沒什麼啊？what？不好意思我對你這樣智商的服務生覺得怎麼樣不感興趣。我衹需要知道我自己老婆覺得怎麼樣。把我老婆惹煩了還丟就不嫌事大擋電梯門，是生怕其他客人不知道你們幹了啥丟人事是嗎？還我覺得怎麼樣，你們這個萬豪旗下酒店讓我感受到了前所未有的尷尬。你領導讓你送我們下去你的做法就是擋電梯門讓大家都下不去？我瞬間可以理解了為啥第二天續住做卡的時候可以那麼**的前面的退房客人還沒完事人還零距離站在邊上就開始幫我們辦理續住還各種問私人問題。彷彿通過犧牲客人私隱就能提高很多你們這個萬豪旗下的五星酒店前台的辦事效率一樣。關鍵自己還沒意識到冒犯了客人的私隱問題。我不提醒還在繼續問，這團隊的整體智商，笑死。人不壞，就是服務挺差。讓客人，挺……不是説困擾吧，挺厭惡。在這樣的服務之下，五星？萬豪旗下？南寧第一高樓？那又怎麼樣？那個退房的退錢效率就一笑帶過吧。哈哈，我2:25打電話詢問進度，覺得我手機延遲了？完了打了三分鐘電話掛了2:28分立馬錢到了？我手機延遲的可真巧啊噗。都是小事，疊加成一串以後還遇到了我這種客人，那你們活該差評了。30號晚上11-12點期間門口的禮賓誰啊？退房擋電梯門的奇女子又哪位？開除了吧，少丟點人。

This is obviously a very nice hotel and I would recommend and would stay here again. Luxury is very obvious all over this hotel, and it is frankly very cheap for what it is. The moment we came in, bellhops insisted to carry our bags up to the 80th floor lobby. They were always opening doors for us and very helpful with our bags, 24/7. Once we arrived, we were welcomed in and sat down at an individual desk for check in. There, we were served some excellent tea. The hotel purser came over and welcomed us in. My girlfriend is Chinese and spoke to the staff in Chinese, but the purser switched up to English to welcome me to the hotel, which is a nice detail. Most Chinese hotel staff consistently avoid putting in the effort to speak English to me. The hard product is amazing and is matched well with great service. Staff were always attentive and welcoming in both Chinese and English, always saying hello and checking in. The cons: This hotel, just like most Marriott hotels, is trying to nickel and dime you, which doesn’t make a lot of sense at this price point. In some ways it isn’t, such as an included mini-bar (all non-alcoholic), but for example it doesn’t have a laundry service, while basically any 3-5 star hotel in China would have included laundry. Also, there is a car transfer service, but it’s so absurdly priced for no particular reason. 400 rmb+ for basic transfers where as a Didi would be 10 rmb. Similar luxury properties such as the Ritz-Carlton has these amenities included. The restaurants were nice. We only tried Na Lian, which despite being an in-house guest and being told that they could get reservations for us, we basically were treated like walk-in’s despite being told we had reservations (and we were unable to get a window seat). The bar was also nice and we enjoyed it, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The bar manager waited for us to arrive, but the bar consistently had spend limits for any table or reservation, which additionally just seemed silly, considering we were already staying in a booked deluxe room. The drinks and lamb were very good. The menu was a little outdated, and illustrated wine by the glass, but we were then told that the menu is wrong and they don’t do that. Also, there was strangely a lack of extra towels and bins in the room. I found myself walking into the bathroom many times to throw away trash. This is a good hotel and I plan to be back again, but it can definitely improve. Too much nickel and diming. Good service and good products inspire people to come back, which is worth much more than selling one bottle of shampoo and pushing a customer to never return again. Comfy robes and slippers. 9.5/10

Clean and conveniently located near shopping malls and restaurants. Stayed two nights while visiting friends in the area. Chose this hotel over Shangrila close by because we liked the decor of the hotel better. Nice and did the job. We stayed on the 70th floor but had to go up to the 80th and then change elevators to go back down to our level or ground floor each time. A bit mafan. Our ears popped each time too. Small city, so not much choice in luxury hotels. We will try the Sangrila next time.
