Hôtels Ripple à Nantong

Cette séjour à l'hôtel magnifique a été extrêmement belle en raison du service intime. Après avoir arrivée à l'hôtel, le processus de traitement était très court, la réception Xiao Zhang ne se déplaçait pas seulement, mais aussi avec une patience particulière pour moi, pour présenter les installations de l'hôtel et les attractions de jeux autour de lui. La chambre est chaude, le paysage de la fenêtre est agréable, je dois choisir ici la prochaine fois!

Ripple yun hotel has great value for money. Furnishing feels modern. Front desk has very helpful and friendly customer service ladies. Cleaning crews do a good job keeping hotel clean, neat and tidy, they are friendly too. Hotel has coffee beans machine in the lobby, so can get freshly ground coffee anytime and breakfast has coffee bean machine too. There are books for browsing in the lobby and various flowers in the lobby at different season. Washer and dryer is available too. I stayed in this hotel many times, would stay here whenever I am in this area.

隨機給的房間應該不是商務大床房昏暗壓抑，更換了房間之後很滿意。住了10幾天，有個勤快的幾乎每天給我搞衞生的阿姨態度非常好，人和藹可親。另外一個阿姨就很差了，退房那天由於要趕早上的火車，6點50分去吃早餐嘟嘟囔囔的表示7點沒到，不應該來吃早餐，還大聲質問哪個房間，報上房間號之後又説我不含早餐的，***我住了10幾天含早餐的難道嫌棄我要退房了不給早餐吃了？**又確認了一遍説好像有的，一點歉意都沒有，完全沒有服務意識…一副容嬤嬤的表情，態度十分不友好。這種人就應該刷刷馬桶，不應該到餐廳來。 總之，9.5分好評，另外0.5分就是這個**影響了美麗心情，整體來説酒店很不錯，值得推薦。 以上

服務:温馨。熱情，親切，不管是前台還是早餐服務都很周到？ 衞生:感覺是我住過的最乾淨的一次，床單被罩就像新的一樣，特地給我升級了超大床。 洗漱:特別方便，配套齊全，熱水隨便用，關鍵馬桶是智能的，還帶加熱，坐上去就不想起來了哈哈！ 房間配備的還是娃哈哈純凈水！ 希望他們的連鎖店都已這家為標準，一如既往的好下去，當然生意也是一如既往的好！ 期待下次有個愉快的體驗！

別的沒什麼，但是有蚊子。不僅是手上，還有腿上 鐘點房，入住鐘點房就三個小時，我被咬了至少6個包【左手就是4個，腿上還有】。然後，我開空調了。當時沒反饋衹是因為參加訂婚宴，累的一批，倒頭就睡。本來想也算了，結果手上4個包還有腿上兩個一直輪着癢，越想越冒火

房間整潔乾淨舒適温馨，前台和阿姨服務都很好。早餐也很好吃。非常滿意推薦入住。
