Love the hot spring tub inside the room. Really good size. The room and bed is big and comfortable. Comes with a small table for tea and snacks were replenished everyday. The view is really natural facing the hillside

Next to sun moon lake and in room hot spring made it a wonderful selection for stayover.

The place is clean and well furnished. There are many recreational facilities within the hotel and it is a short walk away from the lakeside.

One of the best onsen resort around the region with lots of amenities provided. Room is big and clean with a beautiful onsen tub. Recommended for anyone planning to stay around the sun moon lake.

Love the location, not too far from the pier. Nice personal tub for onsen.

Hotel was just a 5mins walk away from the bus stop and 10mins walk away from the Shuishe pier. Service staff were polite and were able to advise on the bus to Taichung from Sun Moon Lake. Amenities in the resort is decent and the in room hot spring is awesome. The room looks a little dated though.

If i could rename this please i would like to call the kingdom of dust ". I asked to change to another room but unfortunately also the second room wasn't clean properly.. Those rooms are not cheap, one night cost 4500 twd around 150 usd. I don't know how this can be a four stars hotel with such of low quality. Also trip. Com have responsibility coz you need to check the structures that you recommend.

餐點很不錯，生魚片跟蝦子家人表示很新鮮，大多數的菜都可以吃的很開心♡。 員工服務態度與認真度100分，離景點也很近～還有樂團演奏，真的會覺得心情放鬆了許多。 唯二覺得不妥的： 第一個是飲水機，我們住2棟只有B1有飲水機這個造成了很大的不便，一直需要去B1裝水。 第二個是床上沒有插頭，這點對我的朋友習慣床頭充電並聽助眠音樂來說造成了些許的困擾。 健身房有台機台可能故障了，希望可以早日維修完畢，如果那邊可以方便叫修的話說不定可以更早處理。 隔音效果還可以，床鋪設計對中風過得長輩來說雖然不算很友善，但是還不錯。

在南投日月潭週邊有溫泉飯店，日月潭馥麗溫泉飯店可以用這便宜的價格住到這規格真得很超值，下次有機會會再訂購。
