節日期間，通過攜程訂了2間行政大床房，特別註明高層、安靜、遠離電梯的房間。訂房頁面顯示商家同意安排，24--27層。 下午，到後辦理入住時，同樣告之前台，前台沒有迴應我，而是告訴我，給21層房間，第一次入住，不知道有多少層，此時，我又強調，年紀大了，要安靜些的房間，不要靠電梯附近，最好能看市景，但無迴應，衹是再次告訴我是21樓。 辦理好入住後，諮詢晚上在酒店餐廳用餐事宜，前台告訴我，酒店餐廳用餐需要預約，另外，還要看師傅有無時間做，詫異的問為什麼，才説酒店晚上有婚宴，最好去外面。 進電梯後刷房卡時，才發現是22樓，非21樓，出電梯後，給的2間房是距離電梯最近的2間，房間門斜對面是電梯，徹底無語！ 入住後，房間窗户對面是另一側房間窗户，當然，間隔距離夠遠，沒有太大影響，但是，看不到什麼景觀，問題是晚上窗户不能開，外面大喇叭的聲音太吵，沒辦法，強忍着住了2個晚上。 幾點感受： 1、做為南陽市最高星級（四星）酒店，各工種的工作人員訓練有素，碰面都能主動打招呼問好，房間夠大。 2、前台人員和住客各説各話，溝通困難，既聽不進住客講話，更不看攜程訂單上住客的要求。 3、兩天多個時段碰到裝滿房間用品的打掃房間的較大工具車和住客一起等電梯，好在看到住客多，工作人員主動放棄，沒有同時進入，為什麼沒有工作專用電梯？酒店的電梯看到的也不至2~3部。 4、更恐怖的看到工作人員手推一米多高的綠色大垃圾桶在樓層的電梯等待處，雖然垃圾桶外表看着很乾凈，但出現在入住樓層，感覺非常不好。 5、電梯每次停一樓時，都會比地面高一些，總擔心出問題。 6、下午或晚上回來常常找不到充電位或停車位，其他或參加婚宴的車輛到處停放，致使住客車停放困難，雖然每次停車場保安也盡心幫忙，但有時也沒辦法。 7、衹有一個充電樁，2個充電插頭，剛開始以為充電要排隊，因為充電車位被不充電的車輛佔用，後面才知很少車充，充過2次電，充電費一度電加管理費1.45元，貴。 總結一點：管理問題，4星酒店，2星的管理水平。 以上所述，無主觀和客觀上對酒店的不滿和指責，衹是個人入住2個晚上的經歷和感受。

房間住的挺不錯的來這裏很多次了，每次出差都選擇這個房間，謝謝服務都挺好的，還有高鐵接送站服務服務，真的挺不錯的，還有早餐吃的也很好吃，下次出差還選擇這家酒店。

房間好 衞生很乾凈住很多次了，衞生打掃都很乾凈，早餐種類比較多，很豐富，很符合我的口味。每次出差都選擇這家酒店，這家酒店是園林市的。還可以在酒店裡麪散步，給我的感覺很安逸，還有高鐵接送站服務，整體的服務感讓我很滿意

Room space and facilities were very new and convenient. It was very appreciated for providing free shuttle service to the high speed railway station.

Service de transport à la gare ou à l'aéroport : Comme c'est très bon, le vol est retardé et le conducteur peut ajuster le temps de vol à temps. Bienvenue aux fruits et aux fruits à coque : très bien Les installations de l'hôtel sont nouvelles, le type de chambre est gratuitement mis à jour, la zone de la chambre est grande. La santé est une règle générale. C'est bon. Le service est bon.

The location is a bit far from the train station if you are travelling, but apart for this everything was beautiful. They picked us up at the train station and sent us back the day after even if only the one way service was included. The breakfast is rich, and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. The rooms are also very clean and peaceful. The manager and the workers are very kind and generous. If I will come back to 南阳 I will come back here for sure!

Well well. Not easy times for foreigners in China when you go to small tiers cities. Only 3 hotels in Nanyang Aon Trip. The check-in was okay until I was asked proof of exit quarantine even though I arrived in China 2 months before. They told me there is a rule that you need a proof within 3 monthes. The staff was also embarrassed as they understood it was stupid, fortunately i had a picture of a paper I had in centralised quarantine and everyone was happy. A bit later they asked me twice for my passeport as my passport is special so I can't blame them so much. To apologize they offered me a big plate of fresh fruits, very nice gesture, not every hotel do that. Small gym,. swimming pool and the restaurant buffet is well furnished for a city like Nanyang. The hotel location is not in downtown tho. A good quick stay thanks to a capable and smart staff, who understood foreigners troubles in China, keep up the good work!

房間乾淨~寶寶很喜歡~以後還住這家，離萬悦城步行可到，吃喝玩樂都很齊全遛娃好去處~親子房和大床房各一間，家人滿意~

房間很寬敞很大，空調也很好，早餐種類有點少不過味道不錯，重點是房間內的防火面罩過期了哦，請注意儘早更換，不然屬於消防不合格，不僅對顧客來説不安全，也會罰款5000~10000元哦！

La chambre est grande, l'environnement est bon, mais il y a plusieurs défauts fataux: premièrement, l'isolement sonore de la chambre est vraiment particulièrement mauvais et le son est clair. Deuxièmement, il faut bien nettoyer le moment, il y a des insectes volants et le goût est mauvais. Les autres sont très satisfaits!
