老樓所謂的庭院房，就是原來的老招待所改造的，走廊逼仄，電梯狹小，開窗就是原來的縣委家屬院，毫無景觀，廁所洗澡非常冷。房間比新樓大一點，多了個小雙人沙發。 新樓的硬件設施比老樓好，備品也比老樓高一個檔次，但是房間設計太奇葩，洗手枱放在卧室床邊，晚上睡覺睜眼看到鏡子，馬桶一直散發著藍光，加個隔板也行啊…… 全屋智能不錯，設計看起來也是花了很多心思和冤枉錢，窗簾有時會無故打開，其他都很方便。 阿姨打掃房間不夠細緻，兩個房間分別住了將近一週，沒換過一次床單被罩，後面甚至杯子裏剩的茶包都不洗了，地上頭髮都在，送的水果也不如前面幾天精緻，沒有保鮮膜包裝。 客房電梯按鈕帶電，每次按都被電到。 其他方面都不錯，地理位置和停車都很方便，旁邊360很好逛
