Motel basique à bas prix en ville. Le prix est indiqué dans l'attitude de plusieurs employés. Le gars de l'enregistrement en fin d'après-midi était gentil cependant.

We have stayed here before and it has improved. Our reason to choose this one was their pet free offer. Room was clean. Check in was a hassle. It was a pre-paid reservation through their corporate website my me. My husband went in to register and they would not allow him...even with the copy of the reservation. I did go in and the lady at the desk said that since I did not book through THEM, I had to pay a $50.00 fee plus 2.50 for a safe I told her I would not be using. Upon check out the attendant would not give us a receipt nor would she refund our $52.50. Said that would be sent my the ”third party”. We did get it back.

Si vous ne voulez pas séjourner dans un hôtel cher du centre-ville de Chicago et avoir une voiture, c'est un bon choix. Les installations standard 3-4 étoiles et le petit-déjeuner gratuit sont très économiques !

The staff and stay always great. Had to stay over a week. Very accommodating. Rooms were nice size. Coffee and breakfast bars to start your day. Great getaway with nice restaurants and convenient shopping literally less than 5 minutes away. Very understanding staff and everyone friendly and professional.

I stayed here a couple years ago and it went smoothly. This time, not great. The GREAT: the staff was very friendly and courteous and attentive to our needs. The room was clean, all good in the room. The GOOD: The breakfast was an average hotel hot breakfast - eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, yogurt, coffee, juices, etc. Did not use the pool or hot tub but looked fine. The BAD: At breakfast there were maybe five kids (looked about ages 8 to 14) all in the breakfast area with only swimsuits - no shoes, no shirts - hovering all over the waffle station. They continued to get breakfast and (more or less) take over the breakfast area. It wasn't the fact they were hovering over the food and eating in there without shirts or shoes, but the fact no one in the hotel staff spoke up to them. Loss of appetite after this. We saw a woman (who appeared to be pregnant) wearing an ankle bracelet wandering the hotel - I'm assuming she was a guest but not sure. Hallway windows open for no reason - mid March so not all that warm. Faint smell of smoke in the hallways. The fire alarm went off twice in our two night stay. First on a Saturday afternoon (during an afternoon nap) the second went off around 1:30am. Everyone was forced to go to the lobby. Didn't seem to be any sort of emergency. The firemen that showed up had no sense of urgency and almost seemed a little perturbed to be there - maybe a regular occurrence? I contacted Marriot and they refused to compensate me financially or with any points. Will I stay here again? Probably not. Would I recommend? I'd simply say - beware. Maybe I just caught them on a bad weekend. Happy Travels....
