There was plenty of space for the two of us and our four teenagers. From watching the sea turtles swim by, to having a spot for the kids to jump in the ocean and do some snorkeling or to relax in the pool was amazing. This resort was clean and everyone was super friendly. Very convenient location, we will definitely be back! Family of 8 (six adults and 2 children) spent 10 nights at this condo in May. Great location. Walking distance to Kaanapali beaches and short drive to Napili and Kapalua. Nicely renovated and good amenities. Access to the ocean in the back and nice pool in the front of the building. Great bbq facilities and sitting areas ocean side. Very friendly and helpful front office staff. Highly recommended. We absolutely Loved our stay at Makani Sands unit 304. The view was incredible and often brought tears to my eyes. We watched the whales and sea turtles right from the lanai. What a bonus to have 2 lanais, one off the family room and the other off the largest bedroom upstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 and we never felt on top of each other. They would light tiki torches each night along the oceanfront which we enjoyed and gave an awesome atmosphere after sunset. We plan to be back and would definitely book here again !
