The Boutique Napoli Suite

This suite (or rather a room) is centrally located on Via Toledo. It is safe as there are multiple guards in the building. It’s a mix of local residents and Airbnb-type of accommodation. The place is quite funky as it features a huge bath tub in the living room, with the view over Via Toledo! (We never used it.) There’s a reception person during the day but you can arrange the key outside regular hours. It’s easy to communicate with the suite and they are helpful in giving tips re: parking or restaurants. A very good option if you need a place to stay in Napoli.

Great location overlooking one of the busy, pedestrianised main streets. We had the balcony room which was nice! Room was spacious and clean enough. Beds didn’t feel comfy initially but were fine to sleep in. There is a small communal area for people to use which allowed for free hot drinks but we didn’t. Would recommend for a short stay with the need for somewhere to sleep

The room was tiny and the floor we stayed in was on a random floor between offices. The worst part was the adjoining door despite saying I did n't want one. Next door was ssso loud along with the street noise, i could even hear her blow hwr nose. Brilliant location but shocking room

I booked this B&B & messaged them before booking a $300+ day tour, asking & clarifying that I would need to store my bags before checking in if I were to stay there & also do this tour as I would be coming to Naples that morning & the tour was at 8 am. The host said this was no problem and asked when I would be arriving - I told them the exact train arrival (7 am), when I would be there (around 7:20 am) and that I had to be at a nearby hotel for 8 am. Since this was agreed upon, I kept my booking there & booked my $300+ tour. I arrived at 7:20 am as promised, and the Host was not there and did not answer any phone calls. I finally had a cleaning woman for the overall business building let me in. I then tried to communicate with a building security guard (no affiliation to the B&B) to no avail as he spoke no English. Ultimately, I could not leave my bags there, although the owner messaged me later indicating I should have left my belongings, including my passport, iPad, etc., with this stranger after also saying if I said the B&B name, they had a key - which I did, many, many, times, along with my name & even tried to Google Translate the whole scenario they did not have a key or were able to give me access. This meant I either had to miss my tour I had paid $300+ for & ruin my entire day in Naples and my only day before flying out to see the Amalfi Coast, or I had to get another hotel as I had no way of accessing the building. I have screenshots for all communication that proves and validates this. This Host and I had an agreement on the conditions to stay at their property, and I booked around that agreement, which is all in writing, and then they did not deliver and ultimately screwed me over & kept my money. The cherry is the Host messaging me after trying to say that if I had just said the B&B name, I would have had access, even though they clearly messed up. The short & sweet of this is to spend the extra $100 to stay somewhere that is actually legit, as they have no problem acting fraudulently.

The location couldn’t have been better to explore Naples. The room was spacious , clean and confortable with a wide bed and a jaguzzi with great view to many directions. We also had great sleep as the streets are totally empty during the night. Customer service is very friendly. Free coffee in the lounge, but otherwise you need to find your your breakfast elsewhere. There are several nice cafes nearby. Deffinitively a hotel we would like to book again!

Posizione centralissima, comoda a tutto: attrazioni turistiche raggiungibili a piedi, bar, ristoranti, negozi e metro. Bella camera ampia (San Gennaro) con poggioletto sulla vivace Via Toledo ma ben insonorizzata, ben organizzata la fruizione della sistemazione, insomma tutto perfetto. Possibilità di parcheggiare nel "Supergarage" sottostante lo stabile dov'è ubicato l'alloggio, per una vettura media 30 euro al giorno.. non proprio a buon mercato ma sicuramente una gran comodità.

Posizione perfetta, in piena Via Toledo, via centrale, vicino ai quartieri spagnoli, alla funicolare e a tante altre comodità. Personale gentile e super disponibile a dare tante informazioni e accortezze, ci hanno fatto tenere i bagagli anche dopo aver lasciato la camera. La camera graziosa,ampia, particolare e molto pulita. Lo consiglio per una sosta a Napoli!

Premetto che anche noi avevamo prenotato prima della pandemia e che per ben due anni, nonostante la situazione, ci siamo sentiti dire che avremmo solo potuto posticipare il soggiorno, ma che non ci sarebbero stati restituiti i soldi della caparra…sul punto mi associo alle recensioni precedenti e aggiungo che abbiamo dovuto saldare l’intero importo prima di arrivare in hotel. Partiamo dagli aspetti positivi: - La struttura è centralissima e quindi molto comoda per spostarsi. - È dotata di un servizio di portineria h24. - L’hotel occupa due piani di un palazzo e in entrambi sono presenti macchinette del caffè. In uno dei due c’è anche una zona comune con tisane e acqua a disposizione degli ospiti. - Le stanze sono oggettivamente molto belle. Aspetti negativi. - Primo fra tutti l’assenza dei proprietari…non li abbiamo mai visti, ma solo sentiti telefonicamente. Questo potrebbe anche andare bene in teoria, ma nel corso dei due anni abbiamo praticamente dovuto rincorrerli prima per posticipare il nostro soggiorno, poi per cercare (invano) di riavere i soldi indietro, poi per ricordargli che noi avevamo dato una caparra e che quindi avevamo quanto meno necessità di fissare delle date alternative…prima della partenza invece si sono fatti sentire loro pretendendo l’intero saldo ancora prima che mettessimo piede in struttura. Questa cosa personalmente non mi era mai successa. - Parlando più nello specifico delle stanze, sono molto belle, ma non esistono armadi o cassetti di alcun tipo…noi abbiamo soggiornato qui solo per tre gironi quindi ci siamo “arrangiati”, ma nel caso di permanenze più lunghe che si fa? Nella nostra stanza c’era un’unica zona dove appendere gli abiti (con 4 grucce di numero) praticamente attaccata al soffitto (quindi molto scomoda). Per il resto non ci sono appendini o cassetti. - L’albergo è centrale ed è in un palazzo antico quindi l’isolamento acustico non è il massimo per chi ha il sonno leggero. Io personalmente ho dormito comunque molto bene. Tirando le somme non ci tornerei, anche per l’atteggiamento dei proprietari in netto contrasto con la disponibilità e la gentilezza tipica dei napoletani.

Giudizio pessimo non per la struttura… perché non abbiamo avuto modo di alloggiare. Ma per la gestione della proprietaria.. prenotiamo inizio 2020 pre pandemia per i giorni di Pasqua.. Diamo acconto di 170 euro, scoppia la pandemia chiamiamo per vedere se ci rimborsano ma non ci risp nessuno..Insistiamo ci rispondono e ci dicono che non rimborsano l acconto, ma che possiamo sfruttarlo in futuro… Chiamiamo Febbraio di quest anno(2022), per Pasqua,e ci dicono che la stanza c è.. quindi oltre a quel famoso acconto di 170,00 vogliono il saldo subito..Qui casca l asino, in quanto io chiedo che,vista la situazione Russia/Ucraina non mi sembra il caso di dargli il saldo, perché magari la situazione peggiora e non possiamo partire..Loro cosa rispondono?? “ci dispiace ma abbiamo visto che quelle stanze per voi sono state gia prenotate su booking”… Io mi chiedo…vi sentite furbi??? Io visto che ho la ricevuta di bonifico come acconto, andro per vie legali facendovi una bella denuncia per truffa, perche la colpa che non siamo venuti non è nostra ma da attribuire ad un evento mai stato prima… SIETE DEI LADRI…
