Great location, metro is only 50m away. The owner is very helpfull and takes good care of you. I would highly recommend. The elevator in the building is very impressive. Restaurant with breakfast is located on the bottom flor of the building.

A structure with perfect location in the heart or the city in front of metro station Universita. Very clean and safe place with comfortable beds. Francesco is the best host, always available with useful information about where to go, where not to go, where to eat, everything you are interested in. He speaks very good English and he is so polite and helpful. Highly recommend Bellorizzonte. Thank you, Francesco!

The owner is extremely rude and opinionated! We complained about the cleanliness of the room and he started shouting at us. We saw mice droppings behind the cupboard and obviously were not happy with this. I will definitely not recommend this place !!!!

The location is very good, perfect as a starting point to explore the city. Francesco is very helpful, our experience was greatly improved with his tips, I recommend you contact him for a better plan to your Napoli and surroundings exploration.

I've experienced the most unpleasant hotel experience in these past few years, while being a very regular traveller. Never experienced something bad lije this before, and hope I never will again. The owner of this hotel from Bellorizzonte, is a fraud and a thief. I booked this hotel from *********** on 5:45pm. Nowhere was stated that check-in was only untill 6pm. No way we could make check in within 15 minutes, as we were on the ferry from Ischia to Napoli, without any internet. Only if we would have been warned BEFORE booking, we would have never booked this Bellorizzonte maffia house. Besides: what kind of a lousy hotel closes its check in at 6pm?? I understand that the reservation for that day had to be canceled becausewe didn’t show up within 15 minutes (with payment), but I find it hard to accept that I wasn't allowed to check in for the next nights either, despite having paid for them. I directly called the service center every day (and contacted owner), trying to arrange for check-in (I was ready to check for every single day), but it was unsuccessful. He simply robbed our money and cancelled our reservation without any payback. So, we paid for something but got nothing! I am extremely dissatisfied with this situation. I am requesting a refund for this booking. This is highly unfair. Charging the full price for 2 nights just because of a short delay and refusing any refund seems like a scam to me. I have never encountered a hotel like this anywhere in the world. My strong advise to all travelers: NEVER EVER go to Bellorizzonte at all!!! Ps: there are more reviews like this on tripadvisor. The owner seems to have a standardized method to rob travellers: put a lastminute room on Booking on fe 17:30, put the ultimate check in time (which you can only find after very good searching!) on 18:00, and then wait if someone books. When they do and don’t show up within 30 minutes or less, he takes all the money and annuls the booking. When people write a bad review here, the owner answers them as if the fault is the customers’, (‘you don’t respect our rules, it’s not my fault’ etc), which is clearly not the case! Also: We cannot write a review on booking, as the owner annulled our booking. Very clever of him… he is purposefully robbing people while playing the good guy to the outside. NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL BELLORIZZONTE!!

I know it is my mistake but I never met a host so compliant or so low concilient in 20 years traveling all around the world (and even hosting myself at home). We lost 2 nights of booking: 250€ because we could not make the 6pm Bellorizzonte last check-in hour on Friday for a week-end in Napoli, our plane arriving 10pm in Napoli. I did the mistake to ask Francesco 2 days before the weekend and unfortunately he did not accept any solution I propose (leaving the key to a restaurant we booked next door, leaving the key to his friend taxi he recommend us for a trip, leaving in a secure box - as most of host have …) I understand that I can loose the Friday night but in addition I discover that I lost also the Saturday night because the « contract » allow a check-in only on the first day of booking. Francesco knows his rights and I understand he has the right to have a weekend himself, but not having even a confident friend or colleague in Napoli to let us get the key for Saturday, I found that really unfair and not accommodant.

Consigliatissimo!!! Abbiamo soggiornato qui per tre giorni dove abbiamo avuto il piacere di essere accolti con grande disponibilità e gentilezza da Francesco, il proprietario che è una persona straordinaria, super disponibile e gentile. Ci ha dato consigli su dove andare a mangiare nei posti tipici di Napoli e cosa visitare assolutamente a Napoli. La vista della camera è strepitosa per non parlare dell’ascensore che è una perla di storia, onestamente mi è piaciuto moltissimo! Torneremo sicuramente a trovarti la prossima volta che torniamo a Napoli!

Struttura in posizione perfetta x visitare napoli a piedi. Vicino a tutti i principali punti di interesse della città e con metropolitana sotto casa. Stanza molto ampia , pulitissima e molto silenziosa. Dotata di ogni confort. Francesco super gentile e cordiale ci ha fornite tante informazioni utili sulla città e ristoranti dove mangiare. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura.

Siamo stati benissimo,come sentirsi a casa il responsabile Francesco disponibile e preciso. Il BeB è situato in ottima posizione , dove hai modo di spostarti a piedi .La stanza pulita e confortevole ,sicura.Ci torneremo sicuramente Grazie di tutto
