Foremanson Cave Hotel

"We stayed in the room called Matiana for 3 nights with my husband. We checked in early because our room was available. This was very positive for us. We were especially pleased with the friendliness and attention we received as soon as we checked in. Cappadocia was cold, but they set our room to 30 degrees before we arrived, and your feet are always warm thanks to the heated floors. It was warm and very enjoyable; everything we might need was thought out in the room. The sheets and towels were clean, and the bed was really comfortable and fluffy. You can watch Netflix and YouTube from where you lie down, and the TV in the room can turn in any direction you want. Even though our room was right at the entrance, the hotel was very quiet and peaceful due to its location. Breakfast was between 08:30 and 10:30; it was quite sufficient; satisfying tables were prepared in advance and served with pastries, bagels, pancakes, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. after you sat down. Jams are served in small jars. Everyone at the hotel loves their job; all the staff is friendly. There is a friendly family atmosphere. The rooms are meticulously cleaned according to your wishes. You think the hotel is close to the center of Nar Town, but if you do not have a car, you have to take a taxi from the nearest Forum Cappadocia shopping mall. A direct taxi ride from the hotel to Göreme costs around 300₺, Ürgüp is 500₺, and Avanos is 700₺. In short, if you have a car, everywhere is 15–30 minutes from each other, but if you don't have a car, buses pass through the nearest Forum Cappadocia and take a long time (minimum 1 hour). I recommend Foremanson Cave to those who will rent a car or come by car; you will definitely be satisfied. Perfect for relaxing. Since we felt like strangers on the first day, they provided us with transportation to Cappadocia shopping mall with their own vehicles. If we come to Cappadocia again, we will choose Foremanson again. Thanks for a great holiday 👍🏻"

"I really recommend this cave hotel. This is very cheap and the service is excellent. We chatted messages with this hotel staff and he helped us about various things of our trip including sightseeing,dinner restaurant and taxi reservation. He’ll help you to reserve the air ballon tour and red-green valley tour. It’s a little bit far from the sightseeing spot,but you don’t have to worry about it. Usually the tour has pick up service so you don’t have to pay extra money for the distance. Also the free breakfast is so delicious and gorgeous amount. I couldn’t believe that I got this amazing experience for so reasonable price."

Lubberona Cave Cappadocia

"Hotel doesn’t allow to cancel booking despite it’s about illness. I was unable to move due to high hill reaction in mount ericyes. Because I didn’t go see doctor and didn’t have medical proofs, my request of cancelling is rejected. I had to book another hotel nearby to rest for 1 more day….I understand the policy but was wondering if there could be better way to handle such case or respond to me faster than the 10 hours wait…"

Mahperi Cappadocia Cave

"I'm really curious about how those who gave excellent ratings received them. There's a separate entrance to the hotel and a completely separate entrance to the room; we wandered around before finding someone to talk to. Before we even realized what we were in for, we were asked to pay the remaining amount. We sat for a while, unfortunately, in a confined space, filled with the stench of cigarette smoke, and then decided to go to our room. We did, but it wasn't ready as agreed. We explained that the room we'd arranged (a single bed and a cot) would be as it was. The person who was interested said they hadn't informed me. He called Emre Bey, who was highly praised, and said yes, he did bring one, then added, "I'm not very good at making beds." I said okay, I'll handle it, I said bring a bed, he pretended not to hear and as a result of my insistence, he said I was told a bed. I immediately tried to call the highly praised Emre Bey, he acted before me, anyway, he brought a bed with great difficulty, but calling it a bed requires a thousand witnesses, there is no bed, he laid the duvet under it, he couldn't spread it, etc., somehow we wanted to get ready for bed, to relieve my tiredness, but our nerves got out of hand, how can you sleep once? Anyway, we tried to sleep. Of course, we couldn't. In the morning, we forgot everything and got ready to go to breakfast, if we hadn't left, the closed area was full of cigarette ashes, people smoking, dogs and puppies wandering around (we have great respect for animals, but we prefer everything to be as it should be). When we leave the room, the dog greets us. We inform him with an indifferent attitude, he is not our hotel's dog, well, what if he attacked us, is this the answer? What kind of insensitivity is this? We don't understand, he left. Cleanliness (plates, forks, dirty glass cups; we demand that they change the cups that came, but they are worse than the ones that came) is zero. We barely had breakfast and didn't even try (The next day we couldn't even have breakfast, we had to feed the kids something). We tried. When we returned in the evening, we went upstairs with the kids because there was live music, the atmosphere was filthy, it was impossible to enter because of the cigarette smoke, we went in and left in no time. When we got to the room, not only had trash been taken out, but there were cigarette butts in the room :( I wish I had taken a photo. We don't know how we moved to get away as soon as possible. All our clothes were wet from the lack of air and humidity. Maybe this concept wasn't suitable for us, but if the cleanliness and tidiness had been taken care of, I don't think we would have left in such a bad way. The hotel staff and the highly praised Emre Bey may not even have known we left the hotel. We didn't even see Emre Bey, what kind of business and service is this? They are truly a joke. We definitely do not recommend it and it was a waste of our money. Don't let the reviews fool you either, we were fooled; we were disgraced in terms of the hotel, unfortunately!!!!!"
