Très bonne structure et emplacement, bonne nourriture et excellent service

L'hôtel dispose de bonnes installations, mais laisse à désirer sur plusieurs points. L'appartement n'a été nettoyé qu'après au moins deux demandes. La douche était toujours froide, faute d'eau chaude. Au moment du départ, des frais non réglés ont été facturés et le montant trop perçu a été remboursé suite à une réclamation.

Comida boa, atendimento mediano, estrutura boa.

As refeições deixam a desejar : não são bem temperadas , falta mais variedades ,os garçons ficam te observando para que você saia logo da mesa acho isso uma falta de etiqueta , o funcionário da recepção foi arrogante comigo . enfim tem algumas falhas ,mas o pessoal da recreação e bem animado.

Voltarei futuramente ao hotel. Quase nada a reclamar, salvo o chuveiro do banheiro que é bem fraco, mas dá pra relevar.

I was disappointed to see that 90% of the workers were male, like the rest of Natal. While the music was fantastic and we appreciated Maxwel's thoughtful attention, overall, we didn’t find the experience enjoyable. I would not recommend the kid's club for non-Portuguese speakers.

If you value your money and inner peace, do not come here. From the start, the experience was bad. The hotel is in survival mode and do not even turn on air conditioning in the lobby!! This is northeast Brazil in the summer (32ºC / 90ºF) and the lobby is as hot as it could be. This is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. The hotel as a whole is dated, very far from its prime 10 years ago. It requires serious renovation work to come back to life again; given how tightly they’re operating it, I doubt this will happen anytime soon. In the meantime, they sell a false, past image that quickly vanishes the second you enter the hotel. The service team committed a serious mistake that made me rate it the lowest. I requested relocation to a new room (another drama). The told me to wait for a day; in the interim, they assigned my room to someone else and actually provided room keys to them with our things still inside and without telling us beforehand! This is the 4-star hotel they sell. It caused a lot of headache to get a new room. Awful experience. Beach. By the same token, they sell a beach that does not exist anymore. The beach configuration (Ponta Negra beach) completely changed since the sea reclaimed most of the beach (During high tides, there’s no beach left). The preposterous “solution” by the local authorities was to start doing beach landing a few months ago. It is really sad to see the beach like this, it was a wonderful beach for bathing. Now the sea is treacherous and the sea floor is full of stones. Very sad. We had to drive 20 min north to get to a good beach. If I need to drive to go to the beach, what’s the point of getting a seaside hotel like this? If you seek quiet, beware. The quiet rooms are in the back. The more expensive rooms, with direct sea view, are at mercy of very, very loud music and entertainment coming from the pool area. awful. All in all, terrible experience. I’m not coming back and recommend all to not come to this hotel.

Hotel is more family oriented and economic friendly. The staff is 10/10 and had many options to eat (all inclusive bf, lunch and dinner). The only issue was that the rooms could have been upgraded. For the price we paid, it is a real bargain. But I can see how people can not give it 5 stars. Kids running around, outdated bathroom and loud music until 10pm are not for everyone but they were fine for us. Gym could be a lot better. It was in a 10x15 room with outdated machines.

Amazing hotel,good location.Food was excellent,lots of choice,specially deserts.Staff very friendly. Beautiful beach ,great swimming pool. Rooms are big,comfortable beds .Family friendly hotel.Every night has live music also fitness class in a pool every morning. I will return next time ❤️

Já no momento da reserva, que foi realizada diretamente com o hotel, o atendimento foi excepcional, em especial pela atenção da atendente Karla. Ao chegarmos, percebemos imediatamente um ambiente acolhedor que fez toda a diferença e tornou nossas férias verdadeiramente especiais. A gentileza e disposição dos funcionários completaram a experiência, mostrando o cuidado em cada detalhe. O excelente atendimento do hotel somou-se à beleza de Natal, uma cidade maravilhosa, para a qual certamente voltaremos.
