Kelly Kottage in Historic Downtown Natchez

The host has always been exceptional and very accommodating. The cottage is always neat and tidy and has a well decorated cozy feel to it. It couldn’t be in a better location. Just park your car and walk to any where you could want to go. This was our third time staying here and we will definitely be back. It feels like our home away from home. Also, the people at corner bar next door are always very friendly each time we come and make us feel very welcome.

We had a roach in the bedroom. The lighting in the den area with the television was terrible. I sank down into the couch which had no support. The noise from the bar next door was loud. I could hear every car that passed by on the street. It must have been a cruising strip for cars because it sounded like the same cars kept coming by.

Kelly house was perfect for us. She had everything we needed and walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Thanks again

Kelly’s Kottage was the perfect setting for our friends get together. Easy walk into town for wonderful shops and restaurants. Jennifer was a joy to work with. She was very helpful answering any questions about the Kottage or the city.

The house is charming and very unique but it is on a very busy street and next door to a loud bar. To start, after driving over 8 hours we were just ready to be at the house and relax. We had to sit and wait in the car for the home owner to get off work to get us the code to get in. And because it is right next to a bar and an event venue we had to park on the street a couple blocks away most days. The music and crowd at the bar was very loud up until at least 2 in the morning. The bar crowd tends to gather right outside the house. Thumbs up for the house itself, thumbs down for its location.

Kelly Kottage is in a perfect location for all things historic Natchez. Most of the attractions are within an easy walk. The cottage itself was well supplied, cozy, more than adequate for a group of four, and, is full of personality and helpful Natchez area information. We would certainly recommend Kelly Kottage as THE place to book for your next stay in Natchez!

Great location. Close to River, restaurants, etc. Fun to people watch on the front porch. Little bar next door for a nightcap. Clean lodging as well. Thx

The location was great for walking around town. The unit was clean. I'd warn anyone who's looking for a quiet stay as it's next door to a bar and easy to sing along on karaoke night! Parking is on the street but always available. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice place and great location. Beds are too small for 2 grown adults.
