The Park Hotel is a recreational complex surrounded by a unique arboretum park. The hotel is located on the Black Sea coast, on the first line on the picturesque shore near the village of Nebug, 18 km from the resort town of Tuapse. The train station is 19 km away, and Sochi Airport is 162 km away.
To accommodate guests, the park hotel has a total of 131 cozy rooms of the Standard, Standard Superior and Suite categories, located in three comfortable buildings. All rooms offer picturesque views of the Black Sea and a large landscaped park with a large number of rare southern plants, including relict plants. The rooms of the park hotel are equipped with modern air conditioning and ventilation systems, comfortable furniture, high-quality textiles.
It offers a private small-pebble beach equipped with sun loungers and a sunshade. The distance to the beach is about 400 meters from the residential buildings. The length of the beach is 300 meters. The coating is small pebbles, pleasant to the feet. The entrance to the sea is gentle, convenient for both adults and children.
Surrounded by spreading trees, the hotel has a swimming pool with 2 bowls for adults and children with sun loungers and parasols. Games and classes with the animation team are held every morning at the pool.
For younger guests, there is a children's playroom with a slide, houses, a trampoline and board games. An animation program is held daily, there is a playground, a rope park and a game room. Billiards, table tennis, air hockey and air soccer are also available on site.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The reception is open 24 hours a day. Pets are welcome at the hotel. There are many picturesque places on the territory where you can go for a walk with your furry friend.

Отличный отель для семейного и не только отдыха .Восхитительная природа! .Дети вдоволь насладились играми на территории верёвочного парка. Шведский стол-очень вкусно. В номерах убирали ежедневно-не ожидали. Еще и с погодой повезло.

Отдых в августе 2023г...если можно назвать отдыхом.Отвратительный отель,плюсов кроме зелени -нет! Правильно все пишут в предыдущих отзывах,они реальные. Уборка в номере отсутствует совсем. Чтобы добыть туалетную бумагу или выкинуть мусор,надо искать по коридорам горничную,все делать самим...питание однообразное,скудное. эти паровые котлеты надоели уже на второй день. Вкусные только каши и морсы с компотами.Пиво неплохое,а вот вместо заявленного красного или белого вина-непонятный игристый напиток с кучей красителя. Выпечки практически нет.Одни и те же простые булочки разбавлялись иногда бисквитными коржами.все!!!ну это полбеды. Самое главное в нашем отдыхе-море,но попасть туда надо умудриться.Электрокар за наши 7 дней прибывания работал всего 2 дня. То колесо сломано-ждали запасное,то колесо прикрутили-сломался ,задымился сам агрегат внутри,поставили его на ремонт. и если с горки как то еще можно спуститься,то подниматься с моря в отель-каторга. Это не отдых! 200 ступеней и плюс еще без ступеней надо преодолеть подъем в 250м. Я понимаю пользу нагрузок, спорта, но у меня отпуск,отдых, а не квест. я хочу ,расслабившись на море, просто спокойно попасть в номер.ну короче,это просто жесть...Про бассейн.Для такой территории и количества гостей-он просто крошечный. Территория ухожена только в плане растительности, в остальном-полная разруха:видавшие виды лестницы, развалившиеся колонны,осыпающаяся штукатурка....здесь все направлено только на получения выгоды без отдачи и стараний для гостей,нет стремления быть лучше. Руководство живет по принципу-и так сойдет!Но надо думать о впечатлениях ваших гостей,их мнении и отзывах в дальнейшем. Не знаю,откуда тут столько посетителей...я очень опечалена проживанием в парке-отель "Небуг" и никому его не посоветую. За цену,гораздо меньшую,мы с семьей отдыхали в разных местах нашей страны,но с большим комфортом и уезжали благодарные. Полное разочарование
