Generally in good condition as a three star hotel I stayed in Executive suite and it was more comfortable Very friendly staff in reception and restaurant I had to ask for mosquito repellent wall-mount and spray No face towel

No cleanness in rooms, walls seems too dirty. Very few items in breakfast that too not tasty. Water leakage in wash room. Overall bad experience to stay in d are uttam hotel.

It is not like 4 star hotel. There was urine smell in the toilet and not cleaned properly. Even after complaining, they just spray the freshner. Lot of strain in the bed spread. Damage in floor. But the restaurant staffs were very polite and helpful. Food is good

Hotel reception were arrogant, not helpful. Toilets are not up to reasonable standard. Overall, unpleasant stay.

I booked the room type as club but the front office try to pretend deluxe room as club this a classic case of fraud, more over at the time i entered the premises my room was not ready to check in. I entered the property at 2:45pm

Poor hygiene in the room; the exterior of the building looks good, but the rooms are in bad condition. Food was ok but nellore has a lot of food options, you don't have to rely on hotel.

We had booked club room, the room was bad with no air circulation, ac not working, door handles broken, key card dint work and the landline phone was not working. I had to call the reception through website phone for changing the room. They changed the room to deluxe type and no refund was given and instead i was asked to order some food from menu. Which i cudnt as i had to check out next day itself.

Chekin takes lot of time, ac in rooms doesn’t work, the rooms are stinking very poor maintenance the breakfast is also bad

The staff is not at all cooperative. House keeping needs to be reminded again and again for routine things like water, etc.

Rooms and service are average. Ordered for dinner in room dining but did not receive it even after 1 hour. Cancel-led it and ordered from other food apps. Breakfast is below average

The room is smelling like fungal or termite infested. There was not even a disposable cover to carry any laundry. The tea bags given were uncovered and open to air lying on the plate. The waiter there was more interested in tips rather than any true help

There is delay in issuing room - 30 minutes it took. The room service dept sent tea instead of coffee when we ordered when its double occupancy the towels, water kept are not in 2 sets despite reminder they did not clear the items after eating. Had to call twice. Breakfast was not upto the mark to preserve the reputation of dr uttam the service team there also dont ask if we need spoons, fork. Water was not served until asked. Infact table did not have glass, fork and tissues. Plates are not there. We had to ask. Order was taken but wrongly delivered. The ambience is good. The sleep was tight and other facilities are also fine. Centrally located hotel. Must improve. Hence 3 rating
