This is a 20 year old property undergoing the process of renovation. Might have carried a great legacy, but currently not in the best shape. I must admire the staff for their willingness to help fix all the issue, but there are too many issues that a guest might not want to be bothered with. To list a few important irritated issues: - Room wasn't cleaned properly in spite of an hour's notice. - Renovated work is incomplete in the three rooms we tried shifting to. - We had to request for new bed rolls and sheets as the ones already placed were soiled. - Tap wasn't functional, plumber had to come and fix it during the stay. - Too many mosquitoes, can't expect that in a star hotel. - Doors had missing latches. - Ambience isn't reflecting the stars that the hotel claims. - Hotel claims to provide Wifi, but that doesn't work. - The cupboard designed for refrigerator was not holding any refrigerator. - Plates in which food was served by Room Service were disgusting, may be not replaced in the last 20 years. The only good aspects of this hotel are: - Location - Service of the staff

Large and comfortable room, bad mosquito menace and also seen cockroaches in the washroom as well as the room, no breakfast on somedays. Staff are kind and polite. Location is pretty far from city centre. Most of the staff are newcomers, so they take time to respond to queries, ac doesn’t function with proper controls, tv has only very few subscribed chanels, not of any use. Overal, rating of 3 out of 5. We will not come back and stay at this hotel, if we ever travel to nellore again.

Exceptions - water bottle not supplied, foul smell because old hotel, wall hanger spoiled in the toilet; hotel management can maintain better with little care about maintenance. No restaurant but good quality food is available in nearby restaurants. Hotel is centrally located, close to the bus stand. Railway station is also not very far.

The pleasant aroma of (may be incense) calmed me as I entered the premises. Very clean and well maintained property. I found this property online but could finalize for a great deal. This was the 3rd of the 7 properties I was checking in Nellore but finalized without visiting other places and stayed here for as long as I was in Nellore as I was very impressed with the premises as well as staff (Mr. Obulu and his team) . It is located in a very nice locality with great restaurants within a 100m radius. Ample space for parking in a serene locality/neighborhood is another advantage here.

Stayed there for a night, this hotel is relatively new. It's well maintained, spacious and got clean rooms with kettle in the rooms. Bed size and comfort is great. Bath rooms are clean, running hot water all the time. Located well on the main road, next to function hall, with ample parking space and accessibility. It's slightly over priced.

Hi. In the web it is mentioned that 3 persons can sleep in the king size bed. But we got queen size bed so we-haven't slept properly because of less space. They haven't provided drinking water, complimentary breafast. As the amount per day for stay is 2100. Not worth for this money

IInvitéLoved the design and the luxury in mind. Excellent ambience. But i guess the honeymoon with the new construction is ending. Luxury involves eye to detail if the luxury is to be sustained - that's when the honeymoon comes to an end. Staff needs training especially for a hotel of this ambience and expected luxury. Maintenance and house keeping needs to be looked into for sustenance. A few observations - hope it would be taken in a positive and proactive manner - why? love the potential in hotels of these kind. 1. *room: (a) tea tray had no stir spoon, fork was later given. (b) the room phone has different buttons for each department but none work. The customer is to presume that dialing 9 calls the reception. (c) the place of the kettle is beginning to have spills not cleaned for quite some time. (d) the restroom looks good but the not so often seen places are not cleaned ie: the corner behind the door with a drain point next to the comode. The health faucet is hard water corroded and it's pipe (hatd water corroded) is on the floor with water. (e) it would be better if a squiggy were used for cleaning the mirror. The mirror design was amazing - loved the ambient light around the mirror with an inbuilt switch on the mirror. (f) there is a bucket but no mug. (g) toilet paper wasn't in the toilet paper holder. It was outside with the edge crudely cut. (e) one of the attenders comes in to refill coffee and sugar. That was sweet of him. He chooses to rinse the used cup at the basin (that was a good gesture i felt) and after which throws the extra water on the restroom floor's dry area near the door and then leaves behind wet shoe marks on the outside passage floor. 2. *restaurant: (a) the food was excellent at the multi cuisine. (b) the servers need to be trained further though. No glass with a bottle of water. No main course plate for the chicken tandoori instead a quarter plate was expected to be used. (c) air condition wasn't put on till 8 pm. Was it bcoz i was the only customer at the restaurant. Once another customer comes in the aircon was switched on. That was not pleasant at all. I pay for the feel of luxury, the ambience - and the aircon being switched on is the basic. If it's under maintenance, then don't open the restaurant and serve food in a humid hot environment. (d) the wash area of the restaurant is pathetic. For such ambience, the wash area is from hell. Overall the stay was good.

IInvitéThe room was spacious and clean so stay was comfortable. Immediately delivered the outside food, and breakfast was served in the room and the taste was good. Its easily accessible and near the mall and market.

IInvitéI had a very good stay in hotel during my visit. It was well maintained in ambiance and feel good place. Only one thing i observed was, washroom wasting when i entered the room but it was cleaned by the boy when i informed to management.
