Par nécessité, nous avons découvert ce petit bijou.En quelques heures, nous avons dû trouver un logement à Nervi car l'appartement que nous avions initialement réservé n'était pas raisonnable. Bien qu'en raison des vacances de la Pentecôte, il n'y avait pratiquement rien à trouver dans un délai aussi court, ou. extrêmement cher, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis. Dirigé par un couple adorable, qui est non seulement très sympathique, mais qui évoque même des spécialités maison telles que des gâteaux, des gaufres, des œufs brouillés, des omelettes, etc. pour le petit déjeuner. Les quelques chambres sont calmes et très joliment meublées. La petite terrasse derrière la maison vous invite à vous attarder. On pourrait se garer juste devant la maison Merci encore ! Il convient de mentionner la proximité de la gare de Nervi (accessible à pied), d'où vous pourrez rapidement vous rendre à Gênes si vous souhaitez vous passer de la voiture. Nos hôtes nous ont donné de nombreux conseils sur Nervi et Gênes. Nous reviendrons! Jorn & Maja

Everything was simply amazing, from first moment of greeting with smile, through getting all recommendations on where to go, what to see or try, up to awesome breakfast. I can't thank enough for everything, it's simply place to stay at! 10 of 10!

This is a lovely family owned and run property. Matteo went to great lengths to help me and my buddy when his motorcycle broke down 20mtrs from the property. Graci is a fabulous cook making all the cakes and pastries for breakfast. Parking is definitely a concern as the road is very narrow with many local residents also needing to park. Sadly the aircon in my room wasn’t working too well, acting more of a fan than chilled air. However I would happily stay here again.

The owners are very nice people, the villa is clean, quiet, in a beautiful area (including the shore, that is very close) and 10mns far from the train station (walking). There, if you pay very cheap train tickets, you reach Genova down town after 15mns. At night we enjoyed walking to the shore to have a drink or our dinner. We did not use our car during our stay (the owners can get you a parking lot) - Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, la villa est propre, calme, dans un endroit très joli (incluant le bord de mer, qui est tout près) et à 10mns à pieds de la gare. Là avec des billets de train pas chers du tout vous pouvez aller dans le centre de Gênes en 15mn. Le soir on a bien aimé marcher jusqu'au bord de mer pour boire un verre ou dîner. On a pas utilisé la voiture pendant notre séjour (les propriétaires peuvent vous obtenir une place de parking).

We booked there looking for a place to stay for one night around Genova in our trip in Italy. There was not much to choose in an affordable price for the night we needed and lick sent us to this small and simple but nice house. Seloua and Matteo were always ready to help and very nice. They reccomended before our arrival to book a restaurant as im Mondays Most of them are closed. They offered to domformus annd they did, and their recommendation was great. We had a problem with the wheels pressure in our trip and we had to ting them we were late (so to the restaurant too) and they were very helpful, even helping to check the pressure before our departure the following morning. The place is simple, but has everything you'd expect when you read its details. The room and WC were reasonabilly confortable and big enough for the 3 of us. Good temperature with the AC, clean and in good condition. The breakfast obviously can't be so varied in sucha small hotel than a big one, but there was enough and varied: fruit, focaccia, bread, cereals, milk, cafe, juice and some tasty homemade cakes. And Seloua offered us to bake other things if we wanted, but we didn't. So, we thought they deserved us to take some tine to stell you it is a very recommendable option if you're trying to choose this style of hotel. You will be confortable, they will help you if you need and they will maie you feel nesrly as you were home, but a home in the nice Nervi, which you don't usually have.
