Hotel was not near to airport as name suggests and no public commute directly to hotel. Infact had to pay almost 60€ for taxi to and fro to the airport. Would have got nearest hotel with this amount. Hotel didn't have any restaurant open for dinner. Nothing good nearby. Had to order in dinner as well. Just one person at reception, managing everything. So had to wait for check in. Was a very tiring night just to find the hotel.

프랑크푸르트 시내에서는 조금 떨어져 있지만 택시로 이동하기에 문제 없었습니다. 전시회로 호텔방이 모두 만실이어서 선택해서 왔는데 시설이 조금 오래 되긴 했어도 잘 관리되고 있다는 느낌을 받았습니다.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt im Hotel Holiday Inn. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht und bekamen als Upgrade auf eine Suite. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir werden dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen ❣️

Hôtel correct, pas facile à trouver la première fois. Chambre correcte, petit déjeuner assez complet. Parking extérieur assez facile, celui de l'hôtel est petit ou payant en sous-sol. Mini bar mais frigidaire pas branché.

This hotel is infested with cockroaches Definitely do not waste your money on this hotel. I pre-booked and paid for rooms weeks ago as we are on vacation from Canada. We were here from Aug 3-5 2024. There was no hot water, we had ice cold showers for two days. When we used the sink, all of the water poured out from under the mini fridge flooding the carpet. When I complained to the hotel staff I was told sorry, we don't have a maintenance man to fix that either. We were not offered a different room. Tonight when we arrived at 1:30 AM after traveling 10 hours by train from Italy. On the way to our room we saw two different cockroaches in the staircase to the first floor. Shortly after arriving in our room we saw another cockroach on the curtains even tho all of the lights were on on the room.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Neu Isenburg for 2 nights. It's an older property that has recently been refurbished. The rooms were clean and the beds were really comforatble, we enjoyed a good night's rest. IHG Platinum Elite membership was recognised on check-in when we were greeted by Mr Jonas. One of our 3 rooms had been upgraded to a suite which was a nice surprise. There was a slight issue with the other 2 rooms which had been allocated as double beds instead of twin beds however the response from Mr Jonas was really excellent as he also upgraded the other 2 rooms to suites also (the hotel was at near full capacity). The service was excellent.

Old fashioned hotel from reception to room. Also arrival was not like i am used to as ihg gold member. The parking was full so i had to leave my car on the street and person at reception couldn t even say if i could park for free overnight. I didn t take dinner but went to a good italian on about 500 meters

On our last leg of our trip, we spent one night at this hotel. This time we booked a double as we were travelling as a couple. Huge room, spotless, free wi fi and parking, amazing breakfast at a very good rate! Thank you and hope to see you soon!

Stayed for one night here with my family, party of 4. This was the biggest suite I have ever seen on an European hotel, no matter the chain. Very pleasant staff, huge rooms, comfy beds, useful kitchenette, free wi fi, free parking (outside), excellent breakfast. The only downside, dated furniture. All this at a great rate! Thank you, will be back!

Ich war im Holiday Inn auf einem 3-tägigen Seminar mit 2 Übernachtungen. Das Hotel ist etwas schwierig zu finden, so dass ich zeitlich sehr knapp ankam. Ich wurde aber gleich sehr freundlich begrüßt und die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang nahm sofort meinen Koffer, sodass ich gleich ins Seminar gehen konnte. Ich habe absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Die Seminarräume sind groß und hell, das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel, ruhig und groß, der Service hervorragend und beim Essen gab es immer eine vegetarische Variante. Besonderes Lob für die leckeren Nachtische! Rundherum ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.
