Les Japonais ne devraient jamais rester ici. 1. Emplacement C'est bon. C'est loin de la rue, donc le klaxon typique de l'Inde ne me dérange pas tant que ça. Les murs sont fins cependant, donc des bouchons d'oreille sont indispensables si vous êtes nerveux. 2. Propreté "C'est la plus grande difficulté." On dirait que les draps n'ont pas été changés depuis un moment. La tasse est également recouverte d'une housse lavée pour donner l'impression qu'elle a été lavée, mais elle n'est pas lavée. 3. Bain "Il dit qu'il y aura de l'eau chaude, mais il n'y a pas d'eau chaude." 4. Correspondance à la réception Quand j'ai de***dé à changer les draps, ils ont gentiment accepté en disant : "Je les apporterai plus tard !" De plus, nous avons fini par rester deux nuits de suite, mais lorsque nous avons de***dé d'annuler la deuxième nuit via la fenêtre de Trip.com la première nuit, cela n'a pas été accepté. Le côté hôtel prétend que c'était "parce que nous avons changé de type de chambre", mais nous n'avons reçu aucune réponse. Ce sont des gens qui mentent sans hésitation. En conclusion, il vaut mieux s'arrêter au sens japonais. Autour de Gurgaon, vous pouvez séjourner dans un bel hôtel à un prix inférieur.

Situé à une plus grande distance de New Delhi qu'il n'y paraît sur le site, dans un coin. 20 minutes à pied de la gare de New-Delhi. 30 minutes à pied du métro de l'aéroport. La climatisation fonctionnait bien mais la salle de bain puait. Les draps et les couvertures semblaient propres mais compte tenu de la propreté générale, je ne suis pas tout à fait sûr. L'accueil et le service étaient bons. L'enregistrement et le départ se sont déroulés sans heurts.

First time New Delhi. Why I decided this accommodation. Cuz they have airport pickup service. But they asked me about charge 1k rupee.but They will refund me Staff take care me and complimentary was chai and coffee. But bath room was not good condition because there’s weird smell and no toilet paper.

We ended up accepting the fourth room we were offered after three previous three had a combination of toilets that didn’t flush, showers that didn’t work, cockroaches or front doors that didn’t lock - other than by using the ***agers key that got access to all rooms - which we were offered for our stay !! My only positive comment is the bed was quite comfortable. We were then ‘done’ when we booked a taxi from the hotel to the airport, where they got us the cheapest, smallest, noisiest car with no air conditioning. I can’t explain the two entirely different views of the hotel other than by suggesting the positive ones are not from real guests - that’s the only possible scenario

We 4 people booked this hotel through online stating that same day check in and check out and asked the quote for same and fixed the rate for the room stay. Once checked in and checked out as said by the time of check out they asked to pay double the room rent which is highly ridiculous stating that ur early check in was too earlier, but we clearly communicated its going to be same day check in and same day check out but they stating according to hotel rules 6am is early check in but u checked in 4 am of the day so it considered us 2 days charge, this thing was not communicated to us earlier. Even we reconfirmed at 9am our payment is follows as discussed. That time they said yes for that. After very heated argument with the hotel ***agement they discounted few amount later. They are not bother about the customers they only need money, what are the possible ways they want money they charge from you be careful before staying in with this hotel. We suffered a lot on charging extra payment with us at the end of the day. Washroom door was sliding door which is very hard to open and close few things are poor maintenance. Other than that the positive feedback is they helped us to take our luggages to get in and get out from the room as per our request

hotel is very good and the staff also very helpful and the best roof top cafe in this area very close to new delhi railway station food also delicious. i recommend this hotel to my friends and family i really feel comfort and secure

Clean room, more than standard washroom and good air conditioning. Space is a little tight but can do for 2/3 days. Lobby and stair area is quite impressive with a modern Schindler elevator- a rarity in this area. Room service is a bit slow, probably due to ongoing renovation work while we stayed. Staff is helpful- after asking once they switched on the boiler for us at 11:45 pm so that we can have hot shower after a daylong sightseeing tour.

Find somewhere else to stay if you want to make sure you enjoy you stay. I booked my room over a month in advance and asked for a driver to pick me up from the airport weeks in advance. They say they offer this service. After confirming a driver will be there and a price, no driver was at the airport to pick me up and costing me 5x the price to get to the hotel. When i called to ask where the driver was, i was told it was not confirmed. When i arrived and showed the proof i was told it was confirmed there was no apology or anything to make up for the inconvenience of being left at the airport. Then i received a message the next day from the hotel saying the driver was there. Not how this works as i am not sleeping at the airport while waiting for someone to respond. Was a bad start to my time in India and feel there are nicer budget hotels out there that wont leave you stranded and out of pocket a huge amount because of their incompetence.
