Airport Hotel le Seasons New Delhi

Overall, it’s ok. Nothing special in my opinion, the location is good and the rooms are a decent size. However the bathrooms look very dated and could use an upgrade. It could definitely be cleaner, especially the mini-fridge and bathroom.

Hotel's business model seems to be mislead customers and fleece them. I booked this Hotel via MakeMyTrip and clearly mentioned 2+2 family with children age. The room allocated was barely enough for 2 adults. Then at reception I was offered "better" room with extra 35% payment. Contacting MakeMyTrip was useless as they hinged their defence on technicality of mentioning room area while conveniently ignoring misleading pictures of rooms.

One of your staff Hi***shu Dhoundiyal this name is blast in 5 star and I also known this name and listen about his achievements.i was only say that if this person is here no nothing to worry in anypart this person is very talented with his skills

Customer delight is an art that LE SEASONS New Delhi seem to have mastered , From the check inn to the check out … the room , the goodies in the room , the amenities ., the dinner and the breakfast everything was great ! Will definitely stay at Le seasons on my next trip to Delhi.

This hotel is actually a 2 star The rooms are ok very medium cleanliness The AC works well which is perfect The bathroom and rooms are very old The staff is kind but most of them do not speak English The location is ok although not close to the city center Things to maybe reconsider The breakfast is horrible..very few options and cold and the surrounding was not clean.The next morning we opted to go outside for breakfast for our healthy safety The beds hit and pillows have so ***y brown markings and towels were old with markings too Would I visit the place again - NO

Stayed in le season one of the pathatic hotel ever where staff dosent know how to talk to the guest.The rooms are not worth paying 4k per night. We’ve been charged for extra bed which is 1600 bucks and we got a mattress which they put on the floor and asked extra money for duvet as well. Wifi connectivity was disaster, washroom stinks worst thn anything seems like they didn’t had maintenance past ***y years. 1000 rupees OYO rooms are way better than this. If you are considering this hotel for your stay then i would suggest you to stop now and look for something that worth your money.

Very arrogant Staff behaviour.. I have asked for Aaloo Parathaa to which I got the reply that Aaloo khatam ho ***a hai. No options in breakfast menu apart from Sandwiches. Pathetic Experience, won’t come again and won’t suggest anybody else..

Dear Concerned, I am writing you this in regards to my recent stay with your property. The property was good and i literally had decided to choose it for all the future visit. Everything was good till i approached reception for departure. I was presented a invoice which i haven't consumed. The raised invoice from restaurant didn't have my sign either. And they decided to post it to my room. Worst part when i raised the concern over it, your reception guy who claimed to be there from 25 years and will continue to stay there with such attitude. He threatened us to meet him outside the hotel. Are you guys running a hotel or what? Since when the service industry turned so violent. This stupidious behaviour from that old *** was beyond words to explain. ***agement, kindly look into this as i don't know how you people are ***aging your business
