Avis : Pride Plaza Hotel, Aerocity New Delhi

Cet hôtel est ridicule. Je ne recommande jamais cet hôtel, surtout pour les voyages d'affaires. Le service de chambre est très médiocre. La gestion du nettoyage est très mauvaise. Même après s'être plaints, ils ont aggravé la situation. C'est un gaspillage total d'argent.

Excellent emplacement. Cependant, le bruit très fort du club voisin a duré jusqu'à 3 heures du matin, ce qui a eu un impact sur le sommeil. J'avais un vol le lendemain matin et je me suis senti fatigué à cause du manque de sommeil. J'ai parlé de cette nuisance à la réceptionniste le matin, mais elle m'a simplement dit qu'il y avait un club à côté d'où venait le bruit, le personnel n'étant pas formé pour gérer ce genre de problèmes. Les chambres à côté du club doivent être évitées.

C'était mon deuxième séjour. Je recommande cet hôtel pour votre séjour de transit

Bon endroit pour séjourner, personnel très serviable, ambiance agréable, bon séjour, près de l'aéroport, je recommande👍👍👍autour de l'hôtel, on peut aller prendre un verre ou aller en boîte de nuit très facilement et en toute sécurité, à proximité de tout et on peut y aller à pied 24h/24 et 7j/7, aire de restauration ici, bon endroit pour séjourner

Lovely place to stay near the airport. Professional staff and amazing breakfast

I recently stayed at your property, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards I expect from a 5-star hotel. During my stay, the air conditioning in the hallway and lift area was not functioning, making it quite uncomfortable. Additionally, there was ongoing construction work in the hallway, which caused a significant amount of noise and disturbance throughout the day. These issues greatly impacted the comfort and quality of my stay. Considering the premium price I paid, I expected a far more pleasant and seamless experience. I hope you understand my disappointment.

This hotel is ideally located for a quick stopover cot connecting flights from nearby International delhi airport. We arrived early and as we were staying only for a few hrs we were allowed to check in earlier. Good points: clean room with all amenities Inc complimentary water, toiletries,kettle and tea and coffee and fully stocked fridge. V nice swimming pool where I relaxed pre flight. Room service staff and concierge were v polite and good. Not so good ponts- v expensive tea in their cafe. Felt conned at Rs 536 for a small cup - 3 mouthfuls and it was gone! Service was dire as had to go to the counter to ask for milk and napkins to go with our greasy patties. It took 30 mins for the tea to turn up. Tables were dirty. Given the experience we chose not to eat in the hotel but popped over to Worldmart next door which has an excellent variety of restaurants and bars. No drinks and food is served in the pool area so if you are after snacks and a drink by the pool you will be disappointed.

Atrocity is a great location. Hotel looks little bit smaller than the naver hotels. Also small room.

Booked two room, everything was perfect. But we didn't get the rooms together. On same floor but very far.

A reasonable 5 star hotel to stay when you are going to India for business. It is near to the airport however far from the city centre. Do take note of that. Amenities are pretty standard. The food selection however is rather limited but it is acceptable. Rooms are clean.

Great location for the airport and reasonably priced. Asked for a non-smoking room but the smell was stale from inside the rooms.

Convenient location near the international airport, but soundproofing needs improvement. Unfortunately, around 1:30 AM, someone in a nearby room started playing loud music and partying, which made it difficult to sleep. Staff service was inconsistent. It really depended on who you happened to interact with - some team members were professional and helpful, while others seemed disengaged and inattentive. For example, when we requested clean glasses for juice, no one followed up despite our family waiting for nearly 15 minutes. We eventually had to leave with our kids disappointed, as they never got their drinks.

This was the worst stay i have ever had. This hotel is not a 5 star hotel, the bathroom stink, the staff is low and on top of it, the internet was shitty, it on my last day of the stay that they came to fix it, so what the use

Location was perfect very near to airport, the room had issues like blocked sink and shower which was later cleared by the service team, drinking water is the issue they dont serve bottled mineral water rather their own glass bottles which i found weird
