With a 95% walkability score, this location allows you to experience all New Orleans has to offer, just 3 blocks from the French Quarter, 4 blocks to Frenchmen Street's famous music halls and steps to the Rampart Streetcar line that provides easy access to the entire city. This lovely home also has a balcony situated off the main living room and kitchen with views of the city skyline.
The 3-story 2000 sq ft home was professionally designed to give our guest a great New Orleans experience. The 1st floor has a bedroom with two queen beds and a private bathroom. Situated on the 2nd floor is the main living room, kitchen, balcony and a bedroom with a queen bed. The 2nd floor also has a common area bathroom with tub/shower. On the third floor you will find a large bedroom with 2 queen beds and its own private bathroom. Home is equipped with 2 instantaneous water heaters to ensure our guest that hot water will never be a problem.
The kitchen is equipped with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker and all the kitchen utensils you will need.
This home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before our guest arrive and comes stocked with coffee, fresh towels and bathroom essentials.
If your dates are not available or need extra bedrooms, we have 2 more newly renovated homes.
