First, a very big thank you to all the best manners and excellent staff..from day 1 Yvonne, Louise, then Ms Yang, Cindy til Mr Masaki the last day.. they all are very friendly, helpful and very professional in their work. As we have to leave very early to the airport..without further words, Ms Yang was so meticulous enough to suggest Breakfast Bento ( attached is the nutritious 爱心bento ，thank you the kitchen staff for the preparation🙏 😍) and Mr Masaki handles our last minute request promptly in a professional way..The staff of Just Sleep Sanchong seem to know 读心术 & wil fulfill all your needs🥺😍. Second, even though the hotel is few years old but the room and all amenities are still in a very good condition. the comfortable bed, clean floor, good shower 👍 Real appreciate Mr Daniel for making up the rooms everyday and was very impressed by the sparkling clean toilet. Third, distance is not a problem at all as the Mrt station is just a few steps away.. Last but not least, the breakfast environment is good and beautiful plus the efficient breakfast staff,🙏 Looking forward to the delicious breakfast first thing in the morning😋😋For sure, I will Definitely recommend without 2nd thought this beautiful and Marvellous Just Sleep Sanchong to all friends and definitely will stay at this Just Sleep Sanchong again if come back to Taipei🥰😘😍 Thank you very much again to all beautiful people of Just Sleep Sanchong. JJunecheyThe host is very nice!!! She help guiding us to aqesome spots and also help take care of our luggage. Anyway still suggest to carry light as uber cannot access almost narrow roads around Jiufen. The view from the room is perfect!! You can see both mountains and sea from upstairs room. The room is cozy with 2 queen beds/1 booking room. 1 booking room = half of the house ＞＞ 1 room downstairs and 1 upstairs but limited 2 person/ 1 booking room) so if you come are a group of 4 people you can book 2 rooms (whole house). The bnb is not fits with people with knee issue as you will have to walk down the stairs to reach bnb but it has access to old street not far but up. I still think its a great place to stay. Breackfast comes with package (sandwich, omelette, and veggies). You can discuss with host for check in and can leave bag after check out. Overall love the place its nice and clean and you can chill in the room until check out time 12.00

Mmable hengEverything is awesome, big rooms, friendly staff and convenient location!! Just that if you are travelling by car / uber / private hire, then not so, as the jams during peak hour are really bad, a 5mins distance might take up to 30 minutes.. but if by public transport, diagonally there is a bus terminal + metro station + train & high speed rail station!! There is also a microwave but is only for use during the restaurant opening hours, about 6am? To about 10pm? Or so.. the pool above is also very clean, but there is no direct lift to it.. there is also a welcome drink (soft drinks) on the first check in, everyday there are 2 bottles of free pet bottle water

UUtilisateur anonymeA supposedly 4 star hotel that delivers the bare minimum. Nothing to shout about, had an unobjectionable stay here in January this year and was happy with the location and relatively clean room so decided to book again for 5 nights for my recent trip. Regretted my decision as I felt that the service was lackluster. Upon entering the room we saw that the double bed was made up by 2 twin beds unlike our initial experience so we approached the front desk to enquire if a change was possible as we do not like the feel of the gap between the beds and the light switches were behind our pillows making the lights on/off if we were to even lightly lean on the headboard.
The answer we got was that we should have indicated that request upon check in and it is a common process for hotels to join 2 twin beds and sell them as a double room. The front desk manager also said the check in rate was 98% that night. We then asked if we could have a change the next day and the reply was to come down and check again tmr. No effort to assist and instead all we felt was him trying the shift the blame to us when all we requested was a double bed when it is available. That left an extremely sour taste in our mouth.
The next morning, I woke up with red bites on my arms, legs and torso, however my partner didn't had any so I did not relate it to the cleanliness of the room. The next 2 morning remained to be the same and we requested a change of room which we were given. The itchiness subsided after the change. The staff also passed a cream for itchness to me. But she mentioned it may be mosquito bites which I can tell it isn't as they are in clusters.
Location was convenient for us as it is near the banqiao transfer station and there are food choices around the hotel as well as a few family marts.

CCCTNous avons séjourné cette fois-ci dans une chambre quadruple, ce qui était très bien dans l'ensemble et mérite d'être recommandé. Les avantages sont les suivants : la chambre est très grande et a un sens aigu du design. Elle dispose d'un bureau, d'une baignoire, d'un bain de vapeur, d'un canapé-lit, d'une grande fenêtre, d'une grande télévision, on se sent comme à la maison et il est très confortable d'y séjourner. L'hôtel dispose d'un restaurant ouvert 24h/24 qui propose des nouilles instantanées, du pain, des boissons, du café, de la soupe, des œufs durs et d'autres ingrédients. Personnellement, j'aime beaucoup la soupe aux fruits de mer. C'est vraiment super d'en boire quelques bols pendant l'hiver froid. De plus, il y a des machines à laver et des sèche-linge gratuits au premier sous-sol. C'est vraiment un excellent service. Les inconvénients doivent être mentionnés car le parking est un facteur qui fait qu'il y a plus de clients pendant la fête du printemps, j'ai donc dû attendre une demi-heure avant de pouvoir entrer dans le parking. Après être entré, je n'ai pas osé sortir et j'ai pris le MRT pour revenir. Après tout, l'hôtel n'est qu'à 2 minutes du MRT.

IInvitéLocation is great with excellent view over the fisherman’s wharf. However, the arrival experience was quite awkward as once I got up to the room, there were two housekeeping carts right in front of my room and the room door was opened, this gave me an impression that the room was not ready.
Besides, service from the Front Desk lady will need to improve as she gave me quite an awkward attitude upon both arrival and departure.

UUtilisateur anonymeLa chambre est spacieuse et propre. La salle de bain et la toilette sont séparées. Le personnel est poli et utile. Nous sommes arrivés tard le soir à 5 heures et nous avons été recommandés d'avoir de la nourriture au restaurant du prochain bâtiment, qui étaient spéciales et délicieux. La distance de marche à la gare est d'environ 10 à 13 minutes, ce qui est raisonnable. Nous avons également essayé les sandwiches et le petit-déjeuner de café en bas avant le départ. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour 4 nuits là !
