Brilliant premier inn for an overnight / in between journey stay. Lovely, welcoming & very helpful staff. Stunningly clean, absolutely zero issues.

スタッフさんはどなたも親切でフレンドリー。とても感謝しています。残念な点は冷蔵庫がない事、そして、部屋はとても綺麗に保たれてましたが、２日目の夜中に痒くて目が覚め、確認しましたら虫に刺されていました。2ヶ所くらいだったので、そこまでに気にしませんでしたが、3日目の夜はあちこちにブツブツができて今も痒いです… バスルームも綺麗だったので、なぜなのか… 一度部屋をチェックして頂きたいです。

Stayed Friday to Saturday whilst visiting family nearby. The rate for the two nights was excellent, as was the accommodation and being situated near various food outlets, meant everything was on hand. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

We stayed for a night in December whilst visiting family. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, and efficient in checking us in. We were pleased to find our room was very spacious, a kettle was provided with tea and coffee facilities, and a lovely bath tub. We had a relaxing stay making use of the facilities, and did not have any disruptions.

We originally booked for a two night stay but were so impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of our room we stayed for a third. Quiet room, comfortable bed and great shower. All facilities close by. Special thanks to Julia in Reception and Tracey who were such a help, thank you. We would definitely stay again.

I already written a positive review. But 2 weeks later I received a parking charge notice asking for £100 with photos of my car number plate. I paid at the time £3 for a24 hour stay, ok not a bad price if you have to pay for parking. The reason I have placed this comment in is to help anyone else if it happens to them. I phone Newark premier inn and told them what had happened, they looked up my name and told me my number plate which I confirmed. They said no problem said they have problems some time , they looked on the system and cancelled the parking fine. I went on parkmaven website and they had cancelled my fine. I hate rip off parking companies and this has left a bad impression of Newark now.

We travel up north on a regular basis and need to stop for food at some point. the Newark inn is open at 7am for breakfast so we stop for food. the last few occasions have been a let down but this visit was the worst. we had our plates in hand at 7.02am all the food for a cooked breakfast was out ready for the punters. sausages ,bacon, eggs, hash browns, black pudding, mushrooms, tomatoes, and beans.. everything was cold. how the hell can you mess up heating up baked beans, it is clear the dish washer is doing the cooking because the food was a joke, i had to sit with the little packets of butter in my jeans pocket because i think they were stored in the freezer, (un- spreadable) the coffee machine was still broken. for the 4th time now in 3 weeks avoid eating breakfast here because its £22 wasted. if we decide to stop here again i will ask anybody leaving about the breakfast before i waste my money again

Well placed, just off the A1 but a little out of town. Comfortable room in the new annex right next to a busy road but well soundproofed. Just one issue - water flow to the basin was incredibly slow. Good selection at breakfast and very helpful staff.

Friendly staff, comfortable and clean room with a nice hot shower. Even had a table next to reception with extra tea and coffee so you don't have to ask. The meal deal was good value for money, they use the Beefeater next door and they are friendly as well. The breakfast had a great choice of cooked and continental self service.
