Although, Seas the Moment, is on a council estate it is quiet and a popular place to live due to the views, being close to the beach, right on coastal walks, and having a diverse range of wildlife in the area and great for looking at the night sky. The property accommodates adults with Pets. Walkers, naturalists, bird watchers, and adults with pets all welcome. However the property is not suitable for children as it does not have the facilities to meet their needs.
