Hôtels 2 étoiles à Newcastle

Je resterai toujours ici quand je visite Newcastle. Pas de remplissage, mais intelligent, propre, très pratique et très agréable personnel trop désireux d'aider. La position est bloquée dans le centre près de la rivière, l'accès est simple avec de grandes installations à proximité. J'ai fait un petit déjeuner à 14 livres par tête pour tout ce que tu peux manger, et Hugo est juste à l'angle le matin suivant à 13 livres par tête en anglais.

L'hôtel est très confortable et confortable. Le JVC TV était excellent avec Netflix ab avec beaucoup de canaux. Le petit déjeuner était complimentaire abd continental. On aurait dû aller au bar tôt. La belle dame était très attentive, mais elle a rempli des choses qui manquaient. Je vous proposerais également de payer le frais de 50 livres en espèces afin que vous puissiez être remboursés à.vous rapidement, à défaut de paiements de cartes qui peuvent prendre plus longtemps.

Il a été un bon séjour avec une bonne hospitalité.

We arrived at the property ‘with parking’ there is no carpark just a disgusting residential street with rubbish everywhere that looks the kind of area you would come back to find your car missing, we walked around to the front and entered reception to two men that spoke poor English were on the desk, they were rude, they gave us paper work and told we had to pay a £50 damage deposit, I questioned this as the paperwork and policy on booking states £20; he mentioned about a group that had broke a shower tray and it cost £500 to repair (I doubt anything in this place cost £500) and now it’s £50, we had just driven 5 a half hours and didn’t know the area, so just paid the £50, at this point we were told there is a room where the tea and coffee & fridge is, it’s not in room as implied and that towels are charged at £1 each and that if we get cold we need to ask at reception for the heat to be put on 😳 bearing in mind this is a £68 per night room, I was a little taken aback. We were then told the room was on the top floor, so we headed up the stairs past they ‘gym’ which is random pieces of gym equipment in the corridor of each floor and as soon as we opened the door the smell of damp/mould hit you despite the sky light window being wide open, it has clearly been leaking for some time there was a huge patch of damp on the wall below, and a stain on the radiator cover, I dread to think what it’s like behind there, we went straight down to reception and asked for a different room, he told me to come with him and tell him the problem, so I went back up and said that the huge damp patch on the wall is not acceptable and the room stinks, he got very defensive; almost shouting and told me there is nothing wrong it’s been fixed at this point I knew there was going to be a big problem so I managed to snap a few pictures before he told me to get out of the room, we went down to reception and I asked if we could be put in a different room, we were told we need to pay more money, obviously we refused, the owner become quite irate and defensive when we asked for a refund and really quite frightening too, told us there is nothing wrong with the room, I told him I cannot stay in there I have asthma and damp can make me ill, I said we will have to find somewhere else and I want a refund he tried to refund the £50 damage deposit to my credit card that I had used on my Apple Pay and it wouldn’t work he asked me to leave my bank details and he would sort it out, I told him I didn’t feel comfortable with that, at this point he became patronising and said what do you think I’m going to do? I responded by saying I have no idea I don’t know you and I’m not comfortable leaving banking information, then I asked if he could refund my other card, he made me sign a receipt but so far the money has not gone back into my account, as I felt really scared and intimidated I forgot to get receipt we then asked for a refund on the room he refused shouted at us to ring booking.com as w

Nous avons séjourné pendant 3 nuits en juillet pendant la vague de chaleur et nous sommes très reconnaissants pour la climatisation!! Location est assez centrale. La chambre était un peu sur le petit côté mais ok. Le maintien de la maison n'a pas visité l'un des 3 jours pour une raison quelconque. Le petit déjeuner était très décent et nous avons tous eu quelque chose - une grande chance de faire du carburant pour la journée.

Le centre-ville est situé dans le centre de la ville, le centre de la ville est situé dans le centre de la ville. Ce n'aurait pas été un problème pour 1 nuit mais nous avons séjourné 4. Les vues du sol à la fenêtre de plafond étaient superbes. La chambre a été arrêtée dans le pays depuis que le covid & si c'est pour continuer, je suggère de fournir des kits plus grands. Le petit déjeuner était de style buffet, adéquat et raisonnable. Le menu des boissons a dit qu'il y avait un « client alale » & pour demander au bar pour voir ce qui est & le prix. Lorsque je me demandais ce que le « client alale » était, je l'ai dit c'était CIDE. Location n'est pas plus que 5 minutes à pied de la gare. En général, nous avons eu un séjour très agréable et nous serions certainement arrêtés à nouveau.

Good location, right in the centre of everything. Excellent car park at station opposite, £12 Friday to Monday so good value. Amazing breakfast - especially waffle machine! Had trouble when first arriving, room was booked as room with a city view however all we could view was the bins! So asked to be moved, lady on desk was a bit rude and abrupt but did eventually move us to a different room when we kept asking to be moved. Room again didn’t really have a city view but after 6 hours driving I was too tired to keep asking. Room was overall nice, few issues with cleanliness but overall pretty good. Would return for the breakfast and location… aslong as I wasn’t looking at bins again.
