Absolutely panoramic Ocean views are yours from this fabulous Nye Beach condo! It has a great open floor plan which makes for a very comfortable and relaxed feeling with all the comforts of home. It is located on the ground floor which makes it easily accessible with a designated parking space ( # 107) directly across from the front door.
Not toddler proofed. Wall heaters low to floor with no partitions in place. Open stairs out deck to ground level.
It has one large bedroom with queen bed and two full bathrooms. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests as well as a roll-away bed available to accommodate a total of 2-4 people. Relax on the covered deck to view the ocean and fabulous sunsets, or enjoy the grassy lawn directly out the patio doors. Smart TV in the large living area. Free Internet access. The fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare and enjoy your meals with all the finest dinnerware and service. Many extra condiments with coffee and teas. Within easy walking distance you can enjoy the quaint historic Nye Beach district with lots of restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and gift shops, or enjoy a stroll on the beach. The deck is protected with plexiglass front and overhead coverage and has chairs for sitting to enjoy the fresh outdoors.
