This adorable, cozy cabin has one bedroom with a double/twin bunk bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. It contains one bathroom with all towels and linens needed for your stay. It is conveniently located on Hwy 255 near South Toledo State Park, Sam Forse Collins Recreation Area, Sabine ATV Park, and South Toledo Boat Launch. Amenities include a full kitchen, coffee pot, DISH Network, wifi, and a covered area with a grill and picnic tables.

The cabin is part of a larger property, comprised of 4 cabins and 4 RV spaces with hookups. It is the perfect place for friends and family to gather for a reunion if some family members have RVs.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:$75 pet fee ($100 >3 nights).
