Great hotel services from Novotel hotel crew, especially Yen who served at the check in courter. The services, the food and the view of hotel rooms are great. It made our stay wonderful and definitely have made our trip more perfect. We particularly want to thank Yen. We appreciated her great attitude at work and have been attentive to our need. Her recommendation of restaurants are perfect. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

Nha Trang is a lovely beach town a short plane trip from Ho Chi Minh City. If you are in Vietnam, you should take the opportunity to visit. There are a series of islands off the coast that are normally quite easy to visit via a very clever cable car system that connect everything. BUT - the cable system is NOT CURRENTLY OPERATING. So staying on one of the islands is not as attractive. Stay on the mainland! We enjoyed our stay at this location, for its easy access to everything on the mainland. The front desk team was professional. Young lady Thao and the location was ideal, right in the middle of the city on the main road along the beach. Very easy to get around. The pool has a nice view for catching the sunset or sunrise. Wish I could go back!!!

Nous avons réservé l'hôtel pour 2 nuits et parce que nous avons apprécié tant nous l'avons prolongé pour une autre nuit, La chambre est si propre et si grande, La vue de l'océan est étonnante, Le petit-déjeuner buffet est excellent qui a été préparé par le chef français Philip, Durant le petit déjeuner, le directeur général était à l'intérieur et il avait une conversation ferme avec nous et il voulait être sûr que tout va bien avec notre séjour, nous vous recommandons vraiment de rester dans cet hôtel.

It provides great services, nice staff , quick check in and check out procedures. The room is cleaned so well and big given the very reasonable price. We have daily nice and tasty breakfast. We enjoy staying here and for sure will be back to this hotel in the short time.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans la chambre avec vue sur l'océan avec petit-déjeuner et dîner. Les services, les installations et l'aménagement de la chambre sont excellents et de niveau 5 étoiles. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Seules deux petites choses m'ont intrigué : le café servi au petit-déjeuner sans cuillère à café. Il n'y a pas de stylo dans la chambre pour écrire.

The resort is gorgeous and the food buffets were delicious. I enjoyed my stay there. The only problem is that they do not allow bringing food and drinks from outside. Drinks and food can be expensive and they did not sell snacks like chips. It is also quite a bit of work to get to the main land.

Séjour très plaisant, chambres communicantes appréciables vue sur mer en étage élevé, repas très bons, service, accueil, et service au restaurant très attentionné, plage sensationnelle! Unique bémol : musique piscine un petit peu trop élevé parfois. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Cyril Huong et leurs enfants. General Manager très attentif. Bien à vous. La chambre est un peu vieille mais bien entretenue. L'attitude du service est correcte, le petit-déjeuner est très bon et le jus est fraîchement pressé. De plus, nous avons réservé une prise en charge à l'hôtel, mais ils ont oublié... J'étais très en colère au début, mais l'hôtel a dit qu'il rembourserait les frais de taxi. Après notre arrivée, ils ont pris l'initiative d'améliorer le type de chambre pour nous, et ont également réduit le coût d'un enfant. Ils nous ont également donné une voiture spéciale pour nous emmener hors de l'île jusqu'au nouvel hôtel... très sincère 😂 Cependant, manger à l'hôtel coûte très cher, il est recommandé à l'hôtel de l'envoyer à l'embarcadère pour manger.

The WORST resort ever.....!!! TOTALLY a SCAM !!! PLEASE READ before booking! FIRSTLY, we paid for 3 nights in a bungalow with a sea view, what we actually got was an appartment with a sea view. The resort does not have the typical bungalows you would expect to find in a tropical resort. SECONDLY, during our stay they were constructing a new area on the sea front near the pool and our appartment. We raised this with the resort as the noise was annoying when we booked a resort to rest and relax. One of the Managers discussed this with the owner and informed us that the work would stop for the remaining duration of our stay (2 days). Later that day in the afternoon they started to work again which we found strange. Later that evening on returning from the city we found a letter from the hotel in our room informing us that the work will continue for the coming days. We discussed with the Manager again (apparently only responsibile for the restaurant) and he was as supprised as us. We left it with him to discuss again with the owner. After being informed by the hotel that the work would stop for the coming two days to help us enjoy our stay at the resort, we thought amazing a hotel that really focuses on its guests experience....! We are really disappointed and feel that a hotel with such high ambitions should be more focused on its guests and when you say something will happen make sure it does....a promise is a promise. THIRDLY there is no PRIVATE beach, only a slab on concrete by the sea. On booking said the resort has a private beach, this is not true and maybe what they are trying to build..... We picked this resort because reviews seemed very positive, photos looked amazing and location was ideal for our need to take 3 days rest and relaxation. What we got was 3 days of banging, crashing, dust and diesel fumes whilst the construction continued.....Thanks for ruining our time in Nha Trang....! TOTALLY a SCAM !!!

J'avais de grandes attentes et j'ai répondu à mes attentes :) Ce que je cherchais, c'était le petit déjeuner et les piscines. J'ai vraiment adoré les deux! La chambre est vraiment belle et jolie, toutes les installations sont au delà de mes attentes. Mais la chasse d'eau était déjà cassée, nous avons donc demandé à réparer. Cela a pris plus de 30 minutes. . ils ne sont pas venus soi-disant 3 fois. J'espère qu'ils ont répondu rapidement afin d'éviter tout désagrément.. car toilettes. Est important 🫥 Le personnel était gentil et sympathique Mais j'espère que le personnel de départ pourrait être plus sympathique. Ils semblaient tellement occupés et avaient envie de s'occuper de frais supplémentaires concernant le service de chambre. Le spa de boue est également recommandé !!
