Нормальный отель, вай фай отличный, комфортно, убираются каждый день, завтрак вкусный.
За воду не из мини бара, оставленную в бутылках на столе с меня взяли плату. Вода на столе не является комплиментом от заведения!
The hotel is in a good location, two blocks from the beach. If you get one of the more expensive rooms you will have a little balcony and can just see it. My room was spacious and nice. So far, so good. The staff speak hardly any English though and are generally not helpful, which is a first for me here in Vietnam. The rooftop pool has definitely seen better days but is still nice for watching the sunset.

Before today I have never left a bad review for any business. However, our experience at the Galliot Hotel was so bad that I had to write one so that others would avoid this hotel and not be disappointed like we were. The main reason for this was the staff. Unlike most places we stayed, not one of the staff could speak any English, making it hard to book cabs/activities and ask and questions. Whilst we understand there is a language barrier, they were extremely rude about this and began to ignore us when we went to the desk. To make matters worse, after leaving the hotel my son had noticed that he left a new shirt in the room. After leaving several emails and calling the hotel, they never got back to us and ignored all of our attempts to contact them. We even went through a travel company to contact them in Vietnamese, who despite chasing multiple times still never heard back. This was also communicated after only two days, and so there was no excuse that the shirt was not returned to us. Given that the shirt was in the room when we left and never given back, I even consider this theft as they knew who's property it was. The breakfast was poor too, with no butter, broken toast machine and little options outside of the pho. Please avoid this hotel at all costs and avoid our mistake. Nha Trang has so many great hotels which would be a better option than this one.

При заезде оплатили за всё время проживания.Через пять дней ни с того ни сего попросили выселится под предлогом ремонта, хотя ни какого ремонта и не было. «Клиентоориентированный отель» Не рекомендую!!!
