Hôtels Muong Thanh Luxury à Nha Trang

Unexpectedly very good. I booked Muong Thanh Luxury Khanh Hoa due to its very good reviews in Tripadvisor, Agoda, and Trip.com, and it deserves its score. Even though I only stayed 2 nights, the feeling and impression that I had was lasting, and I might come back again for another stay. Room: The room is very spacious, and with a big balcony as well. And the fantastic view! Maybe I was lucky as they gave me a room with a full-on view of the beachfront and the main beach boulevard. Facilities: The facilities are not lacking as well, I used the gym and I was all alone using the gym facilities - on a relaxing Sunday morning. Breakfast: The breakfast is good, and of course not on par with more expensive 5 star hotels like Sheraton. But it's close. Service: The staff were very attentive, kind, and smiling. Overall: Fantastic! Will be back again if I have the chance.

Fantastic location close to beach and shops and restaurants. The room we had was very nice and very spacious eith ocean view (highly recommend ocean view). Breakfast was a little disappointing....not much choice of desserts and pastries , coffee is not so good. Breakfast meals are not all ways replenished and if you come fir Breakfast st say 8am you may miss out on food already gone which is not replaced. E.g. no milk, only a scraps of fruit, no coffee cups left or condensed milk etc.

Fantastic value, including a free upgrade. Newly refurbished and very comfortable. What a shame so many small aspects of the hotel are below par for a five-star hotel: - internet consitently very bad in room - Aircon not on in corridors and reception - swimming pool not accessible for adult fitness swimming: it has lanes across for kids, for 24hrs (although I saw no kids). - very cheeky policy on bottled water: two paid bottles in the fridge are the same cheap brand as the free water outside the fridge. Easy to make a mistake and pay high price for bad water. It's sad that hotel management play these tricks for a few thousand dong; it makes guests feel they are being manipulated. - a number of staff wer unable to understand even a few basic words of English (like 'toilet' or 'egg').
