I specifically booked this hotel because they say they have air conditioning (I set this filter on *******). The night was hot (in NIce it is still hot in November) so I tried to switch on air conditioning: the sleek room's display stated it was OK and running, even allowing for fan setting. It was a scam: no fresh air coming out. I had to open the window, but the noise on the street was too loud; I closed it, but the walls are so thin you hear a lot anyway. The people from the room next to mine complained about my TV being loud, so I had to turn it off (it was not loud, but the walls are so thin you hear people breathing 2/3 rooms away). At the morning I told the receptionist the air conditioning was not working and she simply stated that they are in "warming mode". I told her that if you sell something you don't have you are a fraud, but she did not even understand the issue. In the room you have a tablet, could be a nice touch but the software is terrible: I touched the 'phone' icon to see what the interface was and it started immediately dialling something. There was NO 'close call' button, so I had to switch all the tablet off. When I switched it on again it was unable to 'reconnect and login' so gone it was the 'nice touch'.
