Emplacement idéal pour visiter Nice
Appartement spacieux et confortable. Tout commerce en bas d’immeuble. Proche des nombreux sites à visiter. Tram proche.

Apparemment Vieux-Nice
Grâce à l’emplacement à l’entrée du Vieux-Nice, nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans cette belle ville. Les ballades dans toutes les directions nous ont plu. Un appartement que nous pouvons recommander.

Good location
apartment was okay, location was the best part. Apartment is on 4th floor, but you will need to walk up and down a flight of stairs which was not in description. We had difficulty getting into apartment, key needs to be turned three times to open, that would have been helpful to know on day one. We could not get into apartment and owners did not answer phone or reply for several hours. The cleanliness could have been better as well.

The property was well maintained and quint essential France. The location is perfect for old town. The elevation option was great when toting baggage and purchases.

Wonderful apartment and location
Don’t hesitate to stay here! The apartment is in a great location, tram 1 is 2 minutes away, and other public transportation options are also nearby. It’s just a few minutes to Old Town, Castle Hill and the beach. The apartment itself is clean and well stocked. The bed is comfortable. Having an elevator was wonderful. It was convenient having the washer, and it was nice knowing AC was available even though we didn’t need it. Val was helpful and readily available for any questions. We were here for 9 nights and highly recommend this apartment.

Great Location
The accommodation was adequate, clean and spacious. The location was superb with ready access to the Old Town and Place Garibaldi. The elevator was an added bonus for a rental in the Old Town. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect place to stay
We were two friends and enjoyed both the bedroom and pull out couch. Place was spotless and bright and very quiet for sleeping
Great access to Old Town, Couers Salaya, Promemade des Anglais, the beach, trains, trams and buses. I would recommend this to friends and family without hesitation.

This is the place to stay!
If you're looking for an apartment that is charming, prettier than the picture in the listing, and spotlessly clean, this is the place to stay. It is very comfortable with a great, very firm mattress, and is very quiet while being well located in old town not too far from the sea. It is walkable to many other spots of interest. The tram and buses are right at the door step when needed. The only down side to that is if you need a taxi with your luggage it is hard to get one to drop you off or pick you up at the apartment because they're not supposed to stop on the tram tracks. Mike and Val are responsive hosts and made our check-in very easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mike and Val's apartment and highly recommend it to others. Noah and Adele
