新潟駅やバスセンターからは少し距離はありますが徒歩可能です。佐渡汽船ターミナルにも徒歩20分でした。古町繁華街には近いです。生活に必要な物は全て揃えられており不便に感じることはありませんでした。たいへんゆっくりと滞在させて頂きました。有り難うございました。

とても楽しかったです。 First, I messed up in my reservation and booked a bed in a male dormitory (and i’m a woman). But after seeing my name, they sent me an email not long after to make sure I didn’t make a mistake (which it was). The female dormitories were full but they made sure to put me in it right after someone cancelled their stay. Thank you for this :) Then, the room was only 2 beds so it was calm and I had a nice roommate. There were some curtains for privacy and even a rod to hang our clothes. The owner was nice. We can check-in from 6am to midnight which is very convenient. And it is only 100円 to rent a bike, this is very cheap! Niigata has nice cycling roads, next to the river and the ocean. I highly recommend ! For the location, it might be a bit far from the train station by walking but it was perfect for what I needed : it was at ~ 20 minutes of walking from the beach, and from Toki Messe, which I was going to. If I go back to Niigata, I will book here ! ありがとうございました。

可もなく不可もなくです

還行，週一到週五人少花床位的錢但能一人一間！

まず思ったより新潟駅から歩くと遠いです。近くには住宅地なので静かに過ごしすることができました。新潟は都会だが意外と静かな都会です。 建物が古くで壁が弱く隣で騒音があると思いやすいですが僕が泊まった日は静かでゆっくり休めました。オーナーさんは年配の夫婦です。チェックイン時、お爺さんの話がちょっと長かったです。洗濯機や電子レンジを使い方も教えるぐらい(もちろんやり方は知らないわけがないですね。)小さいところまで説明してたりしました。 でもよかったです。安いし部屋も暖かい、親切だし、まだ新潟に来たら利用したいですね。
