China Forest Nanyuan Clouds Stream

The service is wonderful. You are made to feel like a VIP guest with staff smiling and greeting and offering immediately to help you. Evening fruit and red bean dessert was a nice treat. When we requested a room change for a different view we were quickly helped with no bad feelings or sense of inconvenience. It honestly is one of the best experiences Ive had in hotels. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We went to this lovely hotel in the ‘Cloud Forest’ directly after National Holiday with our family of 4 (2 toddlers) and my parents. We had two Songyuan rooms which were totally amazing. Stunning view of the trees and river and extremely spacious and thought out. In fact the entire resort is beautiful and our kids LOVED the golf cart rides to dinner. We got very unlucky with weather as it poured the two days we were there but we still managed the walk to Chiang Kai-sheks villa and water feature - which was beautiful and interesting. On a slightly different note, with a western perspective there were a couple areas for improvement. Ideally the restaurant menus could be translated to English and left in the rooms (it’s a nightmare trying to translate a menu, pick what to order with 2 hungry kids at a restaurant). Also, the playroom wasn’t a playroom while we were there which was a big disappointment since it was raining. Not as advertised - just carpet in a room (which the kids did still have fun running around on). Finally, a good hiking map of the area in the room would have been appreciated too.

非常完美的一次度假旅行，放空➕洗肺YYDS，我們到的時候天正好下着毛毛細雨，對一個喜雨者來説這感覺真的是絕了，酒店的前台服務人員也非常熱情❤️🔥説之前一直大暴雨現在小了，山上霧氣濛濛景色會更好看，這次選的花徑是我非常喜歡的挑高空間房型，住着特別舒服，管家鬆鬆非常熱心負責，有需求直接微信聯繫，很快就會響應，晚上聽着雨聲入眠，一覺到天亮😄😄晚飯糰的套餐，感覺在餐食上還是有很大的提高空間，畢竟山上衹能靠酒店的餐飲，下山覓食要開20分鐘，晚上山路也不是特別安全，希望酒店可以多關注一下這方面，畢竟環境這麼好，有個大BUG在實在可惜了，總體很推薦，冬天還會來看雪景的
