TTpderrickLa qualité du service de l'hôtel est la meilleure pour notre voyage en Chine. L'hôtel est relativement proche de la place Tian1 (environ 5 minutes) où la fontaine musicale est réalisée autour de 8.30pm (après le dîner). Le personnel du bureau frontal est très utile et des compliments spéciaux à septembre et à Cici. En septembre, l'hôtel A毛 a recommandé de servir de délicieux cruises Ningbo et de se joindre à leur adhésion à la carte d'or pour seulement Rmb39, qui comprend 6 bons de petit déjeuner par an. En plus du popcorn, ils servent également le souper de déssert à notre chambre même après les heures de service de la chambre (7.30pm à 9 heures). Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas.
1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes.
2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale
3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days .
4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced .
5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby.
6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use .
7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes .
8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees.
9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion!
10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking .
For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those .
The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

IInvité陪女兒考研複試來的，就在寧大東校區門口，位置很好，很方便，後門穿過去就是校園，對面就是雲創小鎮，吃的喝的的地方太多了。前台服務很好，主動給升了房間，房間挺寬敞也很安靜，酒店早餐品類也挺多的，該有的都有，以後了寧大就訂這兒了。

XxxwwmaLe lit et la literie sont très confortables, et la douche est également très bonne, éliminant la fatigue de la journée. Juste en face se trouve Hankyu, pratique pour faire du shopping et manger. Le petit déjeuner est tout à fait satisfaisant, il y a à la fois des plats chinois et occidentaux, et il y a aussi des boulettes de riz gluant de Ningbo. Quand on vient à Ningbo, il faut manger un morceau. C'est complet.

EErnst NZThis is an interesting place as it’s old, contemporary style of an area past, dim lights everywhere, traditional wooden panels alongside huge heigh ceilings. It brings back a time of glamour, reminded me of the Titanic in its former glory. Yet the rooms are crammed, I hit my foot twice on the floor bed corner. The staff are friendly and helpful, english is spoken at reception. Would i stay here again? Probably not, as the darkness of the room, ( windows do open slightly) felt depressing. IInvité這次入住體驗非常棒，完全超出了我的預期！無論是位置、服務還是環境，都無可挑剔。地理位置絕佳： 酒店就在公交站附近，出行非常方便。周邊有很多餐廳和便利店，吃飯購物都很省心。服務熱情周到： 前台工作人員笑容滿面，辦理入住迅速。看到我們帶着行李，保安大哥還主動上前幫忙，非常暖心。房間乾淨整潔： 房不大，佈置得很温馨。床品乾淨柔軟，睡起來特別舒服，一覺到天亮。衞生間乾濕分離，熱水來得很快，水量充足。
