Nous y sommes depuis le 24 juillet en Mobil homme tohapi, points positifs : emplacement impeccable, superbe plage avec accès direct, supérette parfaite, proche du centre ville et camping parfaitement surveillé. Points négatifs : aucunes animations, piscines trop petites pour la surface du camping et port obligatoire du bonnet de bain et surtout très peu de soleil dans cette région ( 24 degrés au max). J ajoute également très bon accueil du représentant tohapi pendant tout le séjour très discret et très aimable et à l'écoute des clients tohapi.

Super camping, assez calme, accès direct aux plages, proche de la ville, on peut y aller à pied en 10 minutes. Sanitaires propres, nettoyés plusieurs fois par jour. Manque juste un peu d animation le soir, pour ceux qui aiment. Plages magnifiques, superbes paysages.

Alors pas de moustiques, pas de guêpes/abeilles, pas de fourmis, quelques petites araignées, grand emplacement, camping très propre, nombreux sanitaires, grande et belle plage Joyel en accès direct en 2mn, et plage del RIS à 5mn, possibilité de faire du surf sur les 2 plages avec vagues de 1m, parc bien aménagé pour les enfants, Super camping !

Très beau camping familial. Ombragé. Nous étions en Mobil home et plutôt vers le fond du camping et nous étions au calme. Pas les uns sur les autres. Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine. L'accès direct à la plage est très appréciable. D'autant que la plage est superbe, propre et l'eau très bonne. L'épicerie dépanne au sein du camping et les prix sont abordable. Nous avons visité la région, Santander, Noja et Bilbao. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour

Lovely campsite secure, safe and logical. Pizza and cooked chicken take away. Good facilities right next to a lovely beach. Excellent play area. Good cycling nearby. Book restaurants for the evening. The only downside is the pool lacks the holiday vibe and the entertainment went on one night till 2am.

I have to say this review is mainly directed at Eurocamp not the campsite but they shouldn’t allow such poor practice by Eurocamp. We booked a comfort XL with air con and got an old cramped mobile home falling to bits. No air con, broken window that you can’t open, broken wardrobe that you can’t hang clothes up in. It’s supposed to have sun loungers, there isn’t any, but there’s no space anywhere to put them as we’re so close to the road and the next neighbour. I’ve tried complaining to the reps but there’s always a long queue of customers complaining of the same thing. The campsite is ok but 75% of the pitches are too cramped, the pool has no shade and there’s fights for sun loungers and the restaurant is essentially an expensive cafe. Eurocamp have been dining out on their reputation from the 80s and 90s but it’s unrecognisable now. Their customer service is more like Ryanair. This year I think it might even have been their business model to upgrade all their existing mobile homes to the next level up, take the money and deal with the complaints later.

Just got back from 5 nights here. Overall would rate it a poor for the following reasons: You have to pay extra for everything - bed linen, wifi, use of tennis court etc. Some of the facilities were not open eg games room. The pools are not heated so useless in May. They have no tennis rackets etc for you to hire so we could not play any of the racket sports unless you bring your own. There is little privacy as one accommodation unit kitchen area looks directly into the others outdoor entertainment area. And they expect you to clean the entire unit before leaving!! Plus it’s not cheap. On the plus side it has great access to the beach and the supermarket is well stocked.

What a wonderful place. Reception & shop Staff are friendly helpful and kind. The camp it's self is beautiful and clean. The accommodation is stunning with decking and outside furniture. Gorgeous Beach is a 2 minute walk away. Highly recommended and will definitely be booking again ❤️❤️

The site especially now its quiet is great. Good pitch, great location, clean sanitary block and friendly helpful staff…. but OMG the restaurant/ school canteen/ prison catering hall is disgusting. All food is microwaved or frozen crap. Ordered patatas bravas for 8e and was served a small portion of frozen chips with ketchup on. DO NOT EAT HERE. IT IS VILE We filed a formal council complaint it was so bad. You have been warned
