Schönes Hôtel - das Zimmer für Hunde scheint ein anderes zu sein, als das was wir kennen - das Zimmer vorher war super das Zimmer nun war etwas kleiner auf Nachfrage hieß es es ist nicht Buchbar obwohl wir dort schon mal drin waren. Ansonsten super Hôtel

Hotel confortable en centre ville. Petit déjeuné correct, buffet tristounet. Carte magnétique totalement défaillante, demande 2 à 3 recharges par jour! Ascenceur en panne, 1 sur 2! Canapé déchiré, surement par un chien! Désolant! Standing surfait, dommage pour mon image de l'hôtellerie allemande.

The hotel is within the city walls and everything is on walking distance. The parking is in the garage and is not expensive. The staff, the room, the breakfast and the stay in whole was a real pleasure. Tjank you.

Nordlingen is very pretty and well worth a visit. Short walk to town nice sized room and bathroom. Buffet breakfast available. Very pleasant staff. They are being 'green' so if you do not wish your room to be cleaned each day you can have a small glass of wine or a beer instead.

The hotel has a great location in the city center. Very convenient parking opportunities underneath the hotel. The evening dining at the hotel restaurant/bar was good with a fine selection on the menu.

A beautiful hotel in the middle of the medieval city. Because of the building's thick walls the rooms remain cool. There is a garage under the hotel. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

The cleaning could be better. Under the bed has not been vacuumed for a long time, although the bed has rollers. The closet was also not completely clean from the inside. Very warm in summer and a small window. Air condition could be usefull.

I was satisfied. However the selection of the breakfast could be better. For a 4 star hotel it was average. However the rest was very good. Great food, great rooms. I was totally satisfied with all. Thank you very much

Excellent location in the historic part of the town with friendly staff a very nice breakfast. Hotel has onsite parking and a nice restaurant located next door. Recommended for a city trip or stop towards the south.

Vieles im Hotel wirkt etwas altbacken - insbesondere die Einrichtung und Beleuchtung der Zimmer. Irgendwie fühlt man sich in die 80er Jahre zurückversetzt. Gemütlichkeit kam bei mir jedenfalls nicht auf. Es scheint, als hätte das Hotel seine besten Tage hinter sich. Großzügig dimensioniert war mein Zimmer in jedem Fall, aber es handelte sich auch nicht um ein Standard-Zimmer. Das Bett war gut zum Schlafen (hat man nicht überall), alles technische und sanitäre funktionierte. Daß das Sofa mit einem Tuch "überzogen" war, wirkte schon etwas merkwürdig - ich habe aber lieber nicht darunter geschaut. ;-) Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok, aber doch recht überschaubar. Das Personal muß ich leider unterschiedlich bewerten - abends war ich mit dem Service und der Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption überhaupt nicht zufrieden, aber die Damen am nächsten Morgen waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Was mich sehr geärgert hat war die Parksituation - hätte ich das vorher gewußt, hätte ich woanders gebucht und wäre nicht der Empfehlung gefolgt. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng und mal eben so "Ein- und Ausfahr-Tickets" an der Rezeption besorgen geht nicht - weil das eben eine städtische Tiefgarage ist. Daher kann man am Automaten auch nur mit Bargeld bezahlen, was im Jahr 2023 extrem ärgerlich ist. Für Touristen ist die Lage sehr gut, aber für mich als Geschäftsreisenden eher hinderlich. Somit spricht nichts wirklich gegen das Hotel, aber für mich war es der erste und letzte Aufenthalt.

Discreto hotel in pieno centro, collegato direttamente ad un parcheggio cittadino sotterraneo non troppo costoso. Stanze un pò datate ma personale giovane, accogliente e molto disponibile. Consigliato.
