Nice room comfy bed good value for money nice toom

Absolute sh**e hole, minging, damp, dirrrty, stinks. Tv doesn’t work, smells of damp as soon as you open the door, bedding is very damp, bathroom not been cleaned since previous occupants, 2nights only due to work commitments thank f**k. Shed of a room! Manky!

I had booked a week but due to a family unexpected death I had to cancel I had rang them and emailed stating what had happened, I had requested a refund and they told me I wasn’t allowed one due to policy, had emailed again and they told me basically their keeping my £270 and get lost. Will get getting my bank involved as they shouldn’t be allowed to keep someone’s money when someone has just died.

Absolute hell hole of a property. Prob would be placed somewhere better after your released from prison On arrival we got to reception and it's self service but no one had emailed us to let us know the access code to our room so we called the number that is on the wall, who struggled to understand our Scottish accent , finally got given our code and we headed to the room number 9. The walk through the corridors to get to our room was a fire hazard, over flowing bins, rubbish everywhere. On opening our room door, the smell of dampness over whelmed us, so we called the number again to complain, all the while noticing all the other disgusting faults to the room, broken toilet seat, dirty floors, mould, broken lamps, dirty vents, radiators, and food waste in the room. The person I spoke to was supposed to email me and I had to reply directly and attach the photos and log my compliant. That email never arrived. I have since taken up with hotel. Com who we booked it through who are trying to get us a refund, and also direct to payman club, who come up with excuse after excuse.

Pathetic way to run a business we booked 10-15 may and paid it we also received the proof of booking got here today only to find we have no room they have changed the booking to the 14-19 may without even telling us we are left with nowhere to stay and no way of getting home Avoid Avoid Avoid 😡😡

From the very start of our stay staff were very friendly our room had a complimentary bottle of wine with 2 glasses, it's was very clean,we had our evening meal in the restaurant starter arrived in no time main course arrived in less than 10mins as we ordered well done steaks food was amazing. Breakfast was great everything from continental and cooked self service cannot fault the price ,staff ,food ,cleanliness and facilities will be booking again very soon highly recommended. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so amazing 👏.
