Évaluations de Holiday Inn Express Jakarta Pluit Citygate, an IHG Hotel

Location is good linked to a shopping mall. Their breakfast variety is limited but have few coffee machines that’s good.

Could smell the damp air upon entering the room. Thus the pillows are affected, so had to lay a towel upon it so block the some odour. Some of the towels have stains on them as well as the bed linen already started turning yellowish as shown in the pictures below.

It is Ramadan but the hotel is very busy and full of visitors. The foyer outside lobby is very useful and the reception service are very good. The lady for breakfast is very friendly and always smiling. Guava juice is nice but better still if less sugar. If i can make some corrections, the correct chinese word for exptesso "one shot" is 一份 or "double shot" 两份, not what written on last photo, Hope you like my observation and kind reminder 😏

Quarterly Biz trip & my choice of hotel to stay due to the location which is quite near to the airport. Conveniently with mall just a few steps over.

Well, it was a nice stay. All the staff was very nice, kind, cooperative, polite and professional. The food was good and delicious. Location is also very ideal in all respects.

Its above shopping mall, breakfast spread was amazing! Will book again if i stay in jakarta

Room was ok, toilet was ok, comfortable of the mattress and pillow is ok, Aircon is ok. Mall just downstairs was ok. Breakfast variety should be more. Please have iron and iron board service up to the room instead of asking the customer to go down 2nd level. No kiblat direction.

It is great to find such a hotel with good location with a very reasonable price. I find it clean and very pleasant. Staffs are friendly and flexible.

Used the meeting room to host my team for business planning and discussion and it was very conducive. Service was good and snacks are provided. Highly recommend to business travellers who are looking for a place to stay not too far from the airport.

Musty smelling pillow and found small baby cockroach in the carpet. Great location as it is directly connected to the Emporium Mall Pluit.
