This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. This Property is Legal and Licensed by the City of North Myrtle Beach / Myrtle Beach! You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well. We kindly ask you to utilize the washer and dryer if available in the unit to freshen linens. Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience. **WE DO NOT PROVIDE A DAILY LINEN SERVICE** We provide a starter pack of amenities to our guests as follows, you may need to purchase more of these items during your stay: Complimentary Free High-Speed Internet/WiFi Coffee products and add-ins Paper Products (toilet paper, paper towels) Hotel Quality Bath Amenities (shampoo, hand soap) Dish/Laundry Detergents Towels/Linens Basic Cooking/Kitchenware Additional Services: does provide early check-in, late check-out, beach packages, and much more at request. During months when there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance. No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guests. This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Myrtle Beach's Ordinance rules. Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting. Trash pick up is on Thursday morning. The trash can can be put outside Wednesday afternoon and needs to be brought inside Thursday before the afternoon. If it is left out at any other time, the community will find us up to $250 per infraction. It is the responsibility of the guest to follow these rules or they will incur this fine.
