Outstanding Service from Callum - A True Asset to Premier Inn I just wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional customer service I received from Callum during my recent stay at Premier Inn North West Leicester. From the moment I arrived, Callum was incredibly helpful, polite, and what really stood out was his genuine interest not only in making sure I was looked after, but also in having a proper conversation about our respective work lives. We even shared a few funny work stories, which gave the whole check-in experience a more personal and friendly touch something you don’t always get in hospitality these days. Callum also took the time to promote current Premier Inn promotions, including the upcoming 20% off deal in July, which I hadn’t known about. It’s clear he knows the brand inside out and wants guests to get the most out of their stay. On top of that, with the weather being extremely hot, he was proactive in offering advice about staying hydrated and comfortable, which was thoughtful and much appreciated. What really topped it all off was Callum’s mention of the Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children charity initiative. Thanks to him, I was able to support a great cause and even take home a lovely teddy bear for my wife, which will put a big smile on her face! I’ve stayed at this particular Premier Inn seven times now, and it’s easily my favourite when working in or around Leicester. Callum’s brilliant service is a big reason why I keep coming back. He’s a credit to the team and to Premier Inn as a whole. Thank you again, Callum you really made my stay!
