Hôtels près de Royal Seafood Restaurant, Northbridge

Not my first time in a doubletree Hilton but this one was rather disappointing. We arrived at the hotel at around 7pm, check in was a breeze, except that there is no porter to assist. We have many pieces of luggage but thankfully the receptionist. Jessica, helped us with the luggage before my husband was back from parking. Parking is a slight walk away and it is not very convenient. Please give the breakfast a miss. Our room came with breakfast but the breakfast was so bad! Everything was hard and cold, there wasn’t even coffee like cap or flat white available. When we asked the waiter for it, we were not informed, but the coffee charges were billed to our room charge.  Frankly, I like the room layout but the housekeeping has some room of improvement to go. Though we turned on the ‘please clean the room’ button before leaving for the day, the room wasn’t cleaned until we called when we were back. We were told that room is only cleaned upon request! (But we did request for the whole day). The receptionist who answered the call offered to change the towel only but I insisted my room to be cleaned. When the housekeeping team arrived, he only changed the towel (and forgot the main bath towel) and no vacuuming was done at all. Conditioner was off as someone may have added water to the bottle but the housekeeping team did not check and refill properly too. (307) Location is convenient, near to many nice eateries but right opposite some adult shop.

De faire la réservation, tout semble super, jusqu'à l'entrée. La porte avant est assemblée avec des feuilles, très bienvenue. J'ai pensé que le lieu était fermé. À l'entrée dans la chambre, les lumières étaient hors d'expérience, donc pas bienvenue lors de l'arrivée du soir. Le service de la chambre de bain était désormais très bien. Mon hubby est simplement arrivée sous baignoire et stricte avec ses propres mains et fixe. La récession du bain n'a pas de plats de soap ni quoi que ce soit pour mettre vos produits de douche sur le sol. La micro-ondes a des restes d'un repas d'invité précédent. Chaque plaque, boîte et tasse de café ont été solées avec des restes de nourriture. Pas de COVID propre à tout. Le panier de décharge est 2.1lts en taille. Donc ne pensez pas à mettre de décharge dans elle. Une bouteille de jus de circle d'or est plus grande. Les chaises sont bien utilisées et ne sont pas vidées ou nettoyées. Oh le tapis, oui, une belle couleur sombre, a mis un vrai nettoyeur de vide l'a touché correctement pendant un moment. Mouvé la chaise de salon et a trouvé un oeuf de Pâques. N'est-ce pas sûr si c'était une gamme de cavité à partir de 2018 ou 2021? Les lunettes de lits de côté ont été tous deux éclatés. Il a été rapporté mais rien n'a été corrigé pendant notre séjour. La matrice est décrite comme un lit de reine, bien il est deux petits singles poussés ensemble et juste horrible de dormir sur. Avec un peu d'amour et d'attention, ce pourrait être un excellent Apartment Hotel, mais le gestionnaire de collection n'a pas le contrôle car le service et la propreté laissent tomber cette propriété. Nous serons de retour, probablement pas. Le mangeur se soucie de notre avis, probablement pas. Les ménages ont bien nettoyé notre chambre après notre départ, probablement pas. Les autres souhaitent rester après la lecture de notre avis, pas d'idée. Nous suggérons au gestionnaire de rester dans chaque chambre pendant la nuit et de connaître ce que nous payons les clients doivent supporter.

En mars 2012, j'ai réservé une chambre simple pour 3 nuits via le site ”Hotelworld”. Nous n'avons eu aucune difficulté à trouver cet hôtel, les formalités à l'arrivée ont été très rapides et le personnel était extrêmement sympathique (au moins en mars 2012). Ma chambre était grande, avec un lit confortable et une fenêtre donnant sur la rue principale. Chaque fois que je sors et ferme la porte, la porte fait un grincement. J'ai trouvé cela assez intéressant et pas du tout ennuyeux. Bien que le wifi soit disponible à la réception, j'ai utilisé le wifi gratuit, fourni par le gouvernement de Perth. La salle de bain était très propre. J'aime l'emplacement de cet hôtel, à proximité de nombreux restaurants, bars et discothèques. Comme mon vol retour vers Singapour était très tôt, j'ai dû utiliser la navette de l'aéroport de Perth. Service fiable et prix raisonnables (facile à réserver). Je recommande Britannia à tout le monde, ainsi que la navette de l'aéroport de Perth.

L'hôtel Alex est un hôtel très confortable et confortable. Le bar de toit était excellent et vous donnait un choix de choix de divers arrangements de siège, le minibar après des heures était une idée superbe. We upgraded to an executive room, which was very comfortable. We could not get near enough to the hotel on arrival to park and check in. There is a small very narrow lane way that runs from Wellington St to Murray St with no indication of which way the traffic flows. We parked up eventually on Murray St in a multi storey and fortunately our one suit case was easily wheeled the 100 metres or so to the hotel. The hotel info was all available on the room tv screen. I checked breakfast times and saw it was served up to 10-30 am on a weekend. Next morning we arrived at breakfast at 9-45 am. The waiter looked somewhat taken aback. There was only enough orange juice for 1 person, the tank on the tea maker was dry, there was no butter or bacon. The water tank was refilled, butter produced. The chef lifted the lid of the scrambled eggs and they looked disgusting. I asked the waiter if we could have a fried egg. He had to go find the chef. He cooked the eggs, burnt on the bottom runny white on the top. My breakfast at a cost of $30 consisted of one slice of toast 3 mushrooms, half a scoop of congealed baked beans and half of a very sad looking tomato, plus the delicious burnt egg, one cup of black tea. I heard the waiter and chef grumbling together about breakfast times and their attitude prevented me from complaining and asking for fresh food. It transpired that breakfast time had been changed to finish at 10am. The receptionist enlightened me as we checked out next day. There was still a sign on reception saying that breakfast on a weekend lasted until 10 -30am. Needless to say we breakfasted elsewhere next day. It's a soul less hotel, with about as much vibe as a grave yard. We used the fantastic bar of the new Novotel directly behind Rydges. I also found we could have stayed there at a cheaper rate! Will not be returning.

Stayed here for 3 nights, arriving after long flight from UK. No problem checking in, room in quiet location as requested. Some construction work going on at back of hotel, but nothing that disturbed me in the evening. Room was clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. Corridor and room carpets could do with replacing, but I guess that is a big expense after the last few years. Breakfast was more than adequate, with plenty of choice. The hot buffet was all fresh and frequently replenished. The young man in the restaurant (sorry I don't know your name), was very helpful and polite. Reception were helpful in booking a very early morning airport taxi for me, and on the morning of departure made certain that I safely got into my taxi. As a solo female traveller, it's the little details like that that mean so much. I would definitely return if i was visiting Perth again

L'emplacement était plutôt pratique ! Les chambres sont propres et les lits sont moelleux. Le ménage a été rapide à ma demande pour réparer le coffre-fort de la chambre et apporter une serviette supplémentaire. Comme j'ai réservé une chambre double pour 3 personnes, je m'attendrais à ce que 3 ensembles de tous les utilitaires soient prêts, tels que 3 bouteilles d'eau, 3 serviettes et 3 tasses, mais il n'y avait que 2 ensembles chacun, et après le ménage nettoie la chambre la serviette supplémentaire est supprimé et non remplacé. Ce serait bien s'il y avait des peignoirs et des chaussons de chambre, qui n'étaient pas fournis.

Stayed here three years ago just before the pandemic. I liked the set up, the price, the location, the free drink on arrival, the cleanliness, the wifi, and I disliked the noise of revellers on the street. Any hotel that has ear plugs next to the bed and a note asking guests to report noise disturbance clearly has a bit of an issue! Three years on, it’s pretty much the same, although I’m happy to report that noise was less of an issue this time, mostly thanks to the secondary glazing at the window. Last time, the seal was broken so it didn’t do its job. So - if you don’t mind a bit of noise, Nightcap is ideal.

We wanted accommodation close to the Arena and this was perfect. The staff, cleanliness, breakfast, accessible bathroom, were all great. Shame about the comfort level of the bed and couch. The bed rolled into the middle big time and was very low. The couch was extremely low making it unusable for a person especially with a disability. They had obviously not thought about this aspect of useability only the bathroom to make it an accessible rating. We would stay again but not in that room and we would enquire about the comfort of the furniture.

Stayed at Four points as it is directly across the road from the RAC arena as I was going to a show. The staff are all so friendly from arrival to departure. The room was very clean and comfortable. The all you can eat breakfast catered for anything you might want. It didn't matter who I spoke to everyone was there to help. I would definitely stay there again and recommend them.
