Nous avons apprécié l'hôtel, J'ai 1 plainte, L' alarme de feu s' est éteinte à 4 heures et 4.45am , C'était une fausse alarme parce qu'un des employés fumait dans l'une des chambres, mon partenaire souffre de fibromyalgie (douleur chronique), Elle a perdu son sommeil et notre voyage a été affecté et nous avons dû se coucher le lendemain. Nous avons visité la famille et n'avons pas eu le temps de les voir. Quand on a mentionné au personnel de nettoyage il était giggled à, je trouve cela très peu professionnel et je penserai deux fois à l'utilisation de l'hôtel, Ce qui est honteux parce que nous aimez l'hôtel.

A very clean and tidy hotel. It felt brand new and the entire building smelt fresh, including the room. The room itself was spotless as was the bathroom, absolutely nothing to complain about whatsoever. Always a mission to find a hotel for a business stop over last minute and one that doesn't cost the earth, managed to snag this one for £45.99 for the night.. A well recommended hotel indeed!

We stayed at the Hartford Hall for one night which was way more than enough. The hotel looks really nice from the online pictures and most reviews are pretty positive although I have to wonder if they stayed in the same place as we did. We arrived at the hotel around 4.30pm on a Friday afternoon and waited to checkin at a small booth in the main bar. No one was there but the barman was friendly and told us someone would be with us soon. The guy who checked us in was very friendly and gave us our room key for ”Clotton” room. We made our way through the bar towards an outbuilding which was where the rooms were located along a smelly corridor with filthy carpets. There were lots of dogs in the bar and some very small children (toddlers) just wondering around, it felt like a kennel come creche!! Our room cost £105 breakfast not included, and was quite spacious with a large bed and was nice and warm. But within minutes we could smell a musty damp aroma which was coming from the bathroom. All appeared clean and dry so we turned the bathroom lights on and the extraction fan started. This controlled the smell. We popped down to the bar for some light food as we were going into Northwich for dinner later. We ordered garlic bread with cheese, buttermilk chicken and fries. This small plate selection came to just under £19. The food arrived and the buttermilk batter was burnt, and we are still looking for the cheese that was supposed to be on the garlic bread. The food was really poor and the whole place seemed to be trying to be something that it's not. We came back to the room for a shower and this was when we realised why the room was musty. The shower try is too small and there was no glass screen at the end of the shower so water sprayed everywhere. We had to use all the hand towels to keep the floor dry. It was a real mess. We went out for the evening and came back to the hotel at bang on 11pm and were looking forward to a few drinks. We went to the bar only to be told ”we are closed”!!! So off to bed we went. Our room was right angles to the pub which was located on the very end of the building and parallel to a very busy road. The room had old and ineffective double glazing and so we had constant road noise all night. Neither of us slept and was one of the worst experiences we have had in a hotel. At 8.30am we checked out. We mentioned to the lady who was at the check in desk that we had had an awful night to which she replied ”yes the road is noisy”. We also mentioned that we couldn't get a drink last night and her reply was ”we are a pub with rooms, not a hotel”. We will never eat or stay here again and definitely would not recommend. It's awful.

Le 1er déjeuner est très propre, l'hôtel est sans spot. L'hôtel déclare son chien ami, c'est vrai, mais il n'est pas clair sur leur site que toutes les chambres ne sont pas ami du chien, donc la chambre supérieure que nous avons réservée a été réduite, et une commission de 20 £ supplémentaire pour le chien. Si vous êtes amical pour chien, assurez-vous que vous reflètez cela dans le site Web. Le soir de repas dans le restaurant, le personnel était très amical et efficace. Il semblerait que le menu en ligne complet n'est pas disponible dans le restaurant , une version coupée. On nous a conseillé que le Curry vert thaïlandais n'était pas disponible. D'accord. On nous a commandé, peu de temps après, on nous a conseillé que les bagues de lions battues étaient également hors du menu. Hmm, donc tout le monde n'est pas frais cuisine, mais tiré du congélateur. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il n'y a pas de possibilité de régler la chaleur, l'ouverture des fenêtres a été réduite. Nous sommes arrivés à 8h40, le restaurant était assez vide. On a été pris à la table. Le personnel semblait totalement ininteressant. Nous sommes allés au bar de buffet, pas d'œufs, on a demandé et on a été conseillés qu'ils étaient cuits pour commander. Nous avons donc commandé deux œufs pochées et deux œufs frits. Non. Ils ne peuvent pas faire des œufs frits, seulement pochés ou écrasés. Cela confirme que rien n'est vraiment cuit. Pas d'œufs, sont-ils sérieux? Le bar de buffet froid était pauvre, le yogurt était vide. Pas de pain blanc à toast. Le personnel n'était pas ennuyeux de demander si nous voulions que notre café se débarrasse. Le personnel a pris la main et a nettoyé le hot food. Le restaurant est un hôtel très bon marché, mais il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel.

Le restaurant est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé. un peu ennuyé de payer 7 £ pour le WiFi dans la chambre mais il était un prix équitable pour l'hôtel et un taxi à l'aéroport était réservé pour moi le coût était £15 La porte à la chambre a dû être bouchée et je pense que c'était un problème avec beaucoup d'entre eux juge par Le chaos constant de Doors toute la nuit mais pas aussi terrible Comme on s'attendait à un endroit agréable, pas trop bruyant et en fait quelques terrains à marcher dans .. ne pas être écarté par les commentaires si vous voulez bon marché et joyeux.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay. Rooms were comfortable and well equipped. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a nice experience staying here.

The stay was on my way to Manchester airport. The heater in my first room was not working, but they moved me to another room All was OK with the 2nd room, until I went to use the shower. The head was not working, in as much as it was like using a tap. But overall a great place to stay. I would recommend it, despite the 2 minor issues.

We needed a place to stay in order to attend a colleague’s 50th Birthday Bash in Northwich. The location is quiet and rural with plenty of parking spaces and a well maintained exterior. Comms were excellent and instructions were clear. The accommodation varies by room with each having its own character and theme. Ours was ‘classic’ and was comfortable, clean and cordial. Of particular note was the shower! Wonderfully simple, controllable and powerful. Breakfast was plentiful, freshly made and personally served in a lovely, ‘solid’ farmhouse style dining room which has a cozy communal lounge off to one side where one can sit and relax outwith the bedrooms. The remote for the TV didn’t work, but this was fixed immediately with a smile. Cleaning staff friendly and approachable and nothing seemed like too much trouble. The overnight temperature during our stay was an unseasonal 25°! Very warm for September. Thankfully the windows opened widely and the quiet idyll of the Cheshire countryside didn’t intrude. We stayed three nights and really enjoyed this wee gem. Good value and high quality aren’t always found together. But they are at Wall Hill!
