"What an absolute GEM of a property! This cosy 4.5 star hotel nestled in the Dolomites was the best find in our Italian trip. It has such a great vibe with all staff going above and beyond to assist in any way possible. Our room was excellent - large, clean and comfortable with gorgeous views to the Mountains. The hotel is ''Alpine" styled which works in so well with the environment. They have complimentary drinks & nibbles on a Monday and also offer a highly experienced guide to take guests for hikes in the local mountain area. There is a great terrace overlooking the district and inside you can choose from many quiet nooks to read or enjoy a drink. The breakfast was excellent with many options to choose from. Al a carte dinner menu was limited but delicious and had something for everyone to choose from. Set menus are also available which we did not try but looked fabulous. In terms of getting to the hotel, we had a car so it was easy to locate with plenty of parking. Unsure what the transport options would be for non-driving guests. Only regret is that we didn't book to stay longer. There are Spa and wellness options too which would have been good to take advantage of. We will definitely come here again - Summer or Winter this hotel ticks all the boxes."

"Our stay at Wellness & Vital Hotel Erica was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the service and staff were exceptional. Our rooms were tucked at the back of the resort in a peaceful, scenic setting that was wonderfully quiet at night. Everything was spotless and had the cozy charm of an Alpine villa, combined with all the modern comforts. Petra and the front desk team (Felix and Kathrin), Peter at the bar, and Simon in the dining room all went above and beyond to help our little group plan day trips and explore the region. The spa was absolutely spectacular. We loved moving between the different areas, from the refreshing ice room to the warm sun lamp room to the calm, tranquil spaces made for pure relaxation. Our treatments at the Wellness Spa were also outstanding, especially the care and expertise from JoHannah. Be sure to sign up for the inclusive package and take advantage of the breakfast and dinner, the menu is spectacular and tailored to every palate imaginable. The hotel’s location in the Dolomites is perfect for outdoor adventures year-round, whether you’re hiking in the summer, skiing in the winter, or enjoying everything in between. "Marica has become my husband and I favorite hotel-experience in Italy. This year (our third year in a row), we even took my parents (from Mexico) with us! They completely loved it. They have never felt such a high level of costumer service and professionalism in Italy (not even in super expensive hotels or restaurants). Since the first year that my husband and I stayed here, what stood out for us was every curated detail: from how the towels are organized in the sauna to the high-quality food served in the breakfast, merenda and dinner. We are quite exigent about the food, and Marica exceed every expectation. Plus, you have the owners there everyday seeing what you need before you even asked for it, and without you feeling pursued or seen. They are just amazing at reading customer needs and looking for customers satisfaction. It seems like they are your family and treat you as one of them. At Marica, you feel comfy as in home, but with somebody else (Marica’s team) in charge of everything so you can completely relax!! The beds are soooo comfy, that you won’t want to leave. You can use a sun chair to take the sun (or the shadow) surrounding by nature ! And you can experience all sauna steps in inside and outside environments. 150% recommended!"
