"We have visited the Rosengarten-Latemar area many times in both winter and summer, but this was our first stay in Hotel Mondschein. We had a very spacious, modern room with a view over the opposite mountain. The breakfast and dinner were of very high quality. We had some amazing meals and were every day looking forward to our evening dinner (the beef tagliata was delicious!). Erika who runs the hotel has a very extensive knowledge of the area, speaks very good English and helped us every day with finding amazing walks. The location of the hotel is perfect (bus stop in front of the hotel so no need to use the car) and offers access to many beautiful hiking areas: the Karersee and Maria Weissenstein were our favourite places, but the walking possibilities in both winter and summer are endless. We will definitely visit Hotel Mondschein again as it offers excellent cuisine, great service and a very friendly atmosphere!"

"My husband and I just got back after 4 days in this hotel. Family driving. Spacious and clean room with terrace. Excellent kitchen, both meat and fish, I very appreciated, excellent presentation. What is it, family driving with very kind managers. Thanks to Mr Roland for the "direct" on walking routes, and lastly, not least, a special thanks to Mrs. Darianna, who is always careful about everything. Sweet and smile in her elegance with her beautiful bead thread. Always kind to ask you if we needed something and for the beautiful conversations together. the little things that don't make you feel a number. Thank you very soon."

"A truly lovely family hotel where you get a genuine experience of being welcomed into a Tyrolean family home. The owners and staff are gorgeous- they work tirelessly to ensure guests have everything they need. Beautiful location with lots of hiking and biking near by. Rooms are comfortable, relaxing and quiet with excellent beds. The food is copious and if good quality. The spa (swimming pool, sauna, steam and relaxation rooms plus massage) is excellent and very welcome after a day out on the hills. Would thoroughly recommend."

"Nous avons aimé l'hôtel Peter et nous reviendrons certainement. Le bienvenu était exceptionnel et les propriétaires et tout le personnel travaillent dur pour faire de votre séjour un grand. Nombre des invités reviennent chaque année - le signe d'un hôtel réussi. La nourriture est exceptionnelle. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet avec tout ce que vous pourriez vouloir, le thé du après-midi est préparé quotidiennement à partir de 14.30 avec pâtes faites à domicile, donc nous n'avons pas besoin de manger - et le 5 cours de souper (que vous commandez au petit déjeuner) est d'une très haute qualité. Le personnel est amical et chaud. Nous avons fait une promenade guidée, organisée gratuitement par l'hôtel qui nous a emmenés par un ascenseur à Rosengarten pour belles vues. Il y a beaucoup de chemins de marche de la porte de l'hôtel. Le chargeur de l'hôtel était très utile. La chambre était spacieuse avec un lit confortable et une grande balconie."
