Avis : Nozawa Grand Hotel

Everything was excellent. Nice breakfast buffet. The only thing is the hotel is located on a hill and it's a tough climb especially when pulling big luggage during winter.

Wonderful hotel to experience amazing Japanese hospitality. Our family of 4 (2 adults 2 teenagers) stayed in a Japanese style Family room. Each night futon beds were made and in the mornings packed away by staff. The room size was comfortable and has a great view of the ski slopes. I have included a picture of the view from our room with the review. Our stay included delicious buffet breakfast and Japanese dinner. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, enhancing our stay experience. In terms of location, it is about a 15-20 mins walk to the ski fields, through the old town. Nice walk and very manageable. We’ll definitely love to stay again the next time we get to visit beautiful Nozawa Onsen.

Great little hotel. A tad far from where you need to catch the bus to the ski slopes. Other than that, would recommend this hotel. Great service, food really good. Rooms nice and clean, great for families.

A little worn out but overall great. Good location, attentive service, clean and great size room. Stayed in western room but it still had great Japanese design

Fantastic staff members in all areas of services, making sure you are welcome all the time. Can ask for any more. I knew the hotel was a distance away from the ski lift so was not complaining. Regards KC

雖然飯店位於小鎮的最外圍，但因為小鎮不大，走路5分鐘就可以到小鎮中心的餐廳與超市，走路約15分鐘可以到纜車，將租借的雪具放在店裡的話走路來回不是問題，非常推薦飯店附的早晚餐，非常值回票價，服務也非常好。

職員服務態度有禮，早餐晚餐食物水準不錯，房間整潔，遺憾12月至4月貸切風呂因下雪關係封閉，下次會再入住

娘達が宿泊、夕食がとても美味しく、温泉は最高！ホテル受付の方はとてもよく体温してくださり英語も堪能だったそうで大満足、とても良かった様です。景色も良いところでした。

村子不大，從巴士下車走幾百米上坡就到，酒店在山頂。酒店安排了最安靜的房間，風景優美，温泉就在房間下一層樓非常方便，温泉門口有牛奶自動販賣機，裏面水比較熱，人流動快，下午幾乎沒有人。每晚都安排不同主題的定食，有詳細菜單和主廚名字，我是第一次體驗吃這種日餐，不知道是不是叫一泊兩食？服務員儘量用日文和英文介紹菜式和吃用方法，整個過程很享受、驚喜和愉快。酒店員工雖然年齡偏大，但服務素質高，感覺像回家一樣輕鬆自在。前台的大叔字寫得很漂亮，幫忙寄宅急便時寫的中文字非常好看，把我們寫成北京也很可愛，其實我們是廣東😅，北京應該是代表中國人的意思吧，酒店還有個高大帥的中國服務生。 從酒店到滑雪場直線距離很近，但是沒有之前纜車的緣故，衹能走村裡的道路，下山、上山十幾分鍾吧，要穿上防滑雪鞋，不然很慘。 每天滑雪後回到酒店泡温泉、喝牛奶、吃晚餐再點些酒真是最佳選擇！

地點於斜路上面，下著大雪還要那行李會很累 室內温泉很棒 可惜露天温泉水不熱，未能享用 貸切風呂又停止了，很可惜

服務非常好，還遇到了中國小夥在酒店打工感覺很親切，每天還會有田螺姑娘來幫你房間鋪床鋪每天的晚餐都不同樣👍
