"J'ai choisi l'hôtel Livemaxfree près de la gare de Numata car je prévoyais une randonnée dans le parc national d'Öze. Comme il faisait déjà nuit à mon arrivée, j'ai utilisé Google Maps pour me repérer. Numata est en réalité un village de montagne, et cet hôtel a dépassé mes attentes : il était propre et le micro-ondes et le réfrigérateur dans la chambre étaient très pratiques. Le personnel de la réception était très accueillant et attentionné. Comme je devais prendre mon train après la randonnée, un membre du personnel m'a immédiatement proposé de m'y emmener. Un bon hôtel vous fait sentir comme chez vous à tout moment. Je choisirai sans hésiter le Livemaxfree lors de mon prochain séjour à Öze ! Enfin, un petit conseil pour les futurs clients : prenez le bus depuis la gare de Numata jusqu'à l'arrêt « Osetokura » ; l'hôtel se trouve à seulement deux arrêts. Ne marchez pas, car l'hôtel est situé au sommet d'une montagne !"

"This was my first time staying here. I used my car's navigation system to get there, but it's in a place where even the navigation system gets lost. Has the room been renovated? It was very clean, and judging by the number of chairs, it seemed like a room for five people and was very spacious... however, there was no water in the bathroom or toilet on the second floor where the room was located. It was one thing for a small amount of water, but it wouldn't flush for a large amount of water, so I used the toilet on the first floor. I even used the sink in the bathroom on the first floor to brush my teeth before going to bed. When I went to take a bath around 4:30 in the morning, there was no water from the taps or shower! It had been working fine the previous evening, but now the sink wasn't working and I couldn't brush my teeth...it's supposed to be open 24 hours, isn't it? After 8am, the second floor and the bathroom were working fine. A heated swimming pool? Such a half-baked thing is unnecessary. I think they should use that money to create more variety in the baths. The room had a TV and a refrigerator, and the mineral water in the refrigerator was complimentary. It seems that meals are basically taken in the restaurant. There is no microwave in the building, only a shared kettle next to the restaurant entrance. I tried to re-boil it, but it didn't work. By the way, there's a microwave at the RV park, so you can use it if you go across from the parking lot."
