Taunton Ruishton (M5, J25)

Friendly and personal service, The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them very friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, my requests for an iron and extra towels was not an issue. The hotel is well situated, being close to the M5, and the tourist sites. Lovely hotel, Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food the poached eggs were amazing. Room was clean with the essentials. Everything we needed for a short visit to Somerset. We would definitely stay there again.

I highly recommend this Premier Inn in Taunton because of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch service, and attentive staff. What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in process, each moment was delightful. Although the outside could do with a paint. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with great AC that actually worked. They went above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taunton or like us stopping off on the way South. Thank you again and we will see you again. P.S i almost forgot the breakfast was amazing nothing was to much trouble. Sometimes when praise is due you can't say enough all the staff we met are great.

I asked for a room on the ground floor, and sure enough, one was allocated, room 10. The room unfortunately, is located immediately outside the main entrance to the building, and there are disabled car parking just immediately outside. If you have the window open, as in a warm day, you are subject to peoples telephone conversations immediately outside, as well as the smokers paradise also. That is not to say that it was very noisy, it wasn’t, but it was means to have the window shut, and rely on the air-conditioning, which was to be fair of a good standard. The main building we feel, could do with a slight facelift, more attention perhaps to flower planters et cetera. But all in all not a bad stay. we have stayed at this hotel in the past, a different room, which was also perfectly fine. You are aware of the main road traffic occasionally from this room. I feel that if I was to stay here again, I would select room on the other side of the corridor.

Plenty of parking and handy for the Miller and Carter even if its just for a drink and the Hankridge Arms. KFC in area. The welcome was nice and friendly and the room was the best we have had in Premier Inn. We would go back. Handy off the M5 on way to Cornwall

This is the perfect location, its just off the motorway very easy to use, we stop here many times through the year. The rooms are great we have not had a bad one yet, the staff are always welcoming and helpful. Trudy the chef was lovely in breakfast and Sonia keep up the signing. Thank you to all the team

Fantastic Breakfast, one of the best we have had for a longtime.The service team and chef are so welcoming and engaging. Nothing was too much trouble even the poached eggs were just perfect. It was a busy day and the restaurant is very small but we had booked and had no issues. We would have eaten in the evening as well but the hotel does not provide evening food - What a shame i am sure it would be as great as breakfast.
